Oh I know. Misappropriation of funding into union pensions, then millage rates of 2-3% imposed on property taxes to pad the front end loss.
Actually, if you make over $500K your federal tax rate is 37% So that means I lose over 1/3 of my income because I work harder.

Everyone fails to see the cash-flow. As long as cash flow covers monthly liability of holing the properties, he has borrowing power.
Or he can dump those profits back into the property to pay down liabilities giving him more buying power on the next exchange.
If he has income from those properties being leased by companies he owns, he can write-off the cost as "losses" in a P&L filing w/the IRS.
He has zero equity with loans 110% of appraisal value. Given he owes $421m that would put his minimum asset value somewhere around $378.9m..
You're wrong about the value. Banks and holding companies cap the loan to value ratio usually around 110% So worst case is...
The man cranking the machine gets a paid. If he sacrifices frivolous things, eventually he can buy his own machine. Entrepreneurship.
The fact that your username is Unemployedcanadian says a lot. There is always work to be done. You are not "above" any job. Work = Pay.
