The problem is your laws don't work. He was investigated twice by fbi and could still go buy a semi automatic and ammo. Summat wrong there..

After a while ours slept,shat, peed,ate etc together. Only way forward my friend. Good luck. (and swaddle them)
Then milk. Isn't great, but you both get a decent sleep every other night. Routine is the key, my sister didn't and she had a nightmare. /5
Then we'd swap each night so one of us would get up at about 4 to change and feed, car seats on the bed either side, changed first and /4
Time. Feeds at night (I'm a bloke) my wife would go to bed at 9ish, I'd do a formula feed at 12 or so. Formula, they sleep longer on. And /3
