I sorted burned out Christmas lights by color.  Lighter colored bulbs seemed to last longer.

The number of working lights of each color was nearly equal. The most common burnt out bulb was red (11 bulbs, 36%), followed by green (8, 27%), then blue (5, 17%). Yellow and orange were tied with 3 each (10%).
