As someone who has watched it in its entirety I don't find it drags at all. Just skip the recaps at the beginning of each episode.
What's everyone's issue with One Piece? Its only 924 Episodes + Movies, TV specials, Omakes and OVAs. Thats like a month of 30 epps a day.
