Sorry my friend, and i will admit that this might be because of my outsider perspective. But in the USA the law is no longer the law, you got a sitting President who is a convicted felon who served no time. They actively defy the courts all the time, nothing is enforced. The rule of law no longer applies even fictionally applies to the ruling class. Masked rando's with who know what the fuck level of training are roaming your streets abducting people, Stop waiting for the law to do its job.

I do remember being terrified about how she got through that fence. Most fences for large dogs seem to be more suggestions of where to go and where not to and not an actual barrier. When she wanted through it she got through it. The owner was just glad her dog hadn't hurt herself on the wood. No one wants a vet bill even back in the 80s

She managed to chew her way through the fence and started to herding us out of the pool. The eventually settled on making a dog door in the fence for her to come through to watch us while we swam. The old lady who's dog it was was cool about it.
