But, each county within that state has its own set of rules when it comes to State Inspection. High-population counties will still have a full emissions/state inspection. Lower-population counties are exempt from emissions testing but still have to register their vehicle every year.
Careful how you word this. I live in TX and the county I live in still has state inspections. Not sure where you are getting this info.
