Unless its a different medication the hospital is in the wrong here imo. Tacrolimus(prograf) is not that expensive.
Our current governor is Democrat Andy Beshear. We just can't get rid of Mitch. Hoping this year is the year.

As a person who got to the absolute end game of TERA once upon a time. I honestly would not recommend. It gets really stagnant really quick
