The part where the paper is falling and dude swipes it away, cat interprets it as an attack. Guessing they weren't on good terms to start.
cat runs away. Cat comes back just in time for dude to swipe away the paper, cat interprets as a swipe at him/her. Engage fight mode!
Cat thought the dude was attacking him. Watch the very first part, cat sitting there pretty cool. Dude starts flailing and unwrapping (1/2)
