As a cop, the only thing i can think of is how i would never shit in any gas station.
After they get a DUI they go to jail... I mean i kinda know these things since I'm a cop.

The issue is if i let you "sleep" it off, and then 10 min later you drive off and kill a family of 4 the officer can be held liable....

really 2 seconds? that cop must be able to move quick if he can get out of his car and shoot some rounds off in 2 seconds.
yea they do do background checks, very extensive ones actually.
When you get hired even if rehired at another agency they still must go through a Psyc exam Sounds like someone should sue the psychologist
