had a similar situation- AA lied about reason - FAA not an option- AA wouldn't give refund - called American Express and got a full refund

tried it and even brought one into the DA's office to show that - card was just sent to LAB for independent review

It's currently in police custody- they claim it broke by accident
From what my lawyer told me - once you are arrested they can search your car - problem is it was a false arrest
Resisting arrest- pathetic - because why was I being arrested in the first place
The reason I want the video recovered is to prove my innocence- obviously not the other way around - I still have many eyewitnesses
