I've seen other sharks in the water while I was in the water. I can confirm they also induce a measurable amount of pucker factor. As for hammerheads I've only seen then when I was outside the water looking into it. Or that one time I found a dead 2ft one on the beach. And at the aquarium of course.

I was diving in the Red Sea many, many years ago, and a school of hammerheads went right on by me. The other divers thought for sure I was gonna die because from their angle it looked like I was in the school, but in reality they were like 50 feet away. Anyway, you don't have to pucker at hammerheads, divers aren't interesting to them. Fabulous to see in the wild.
