Lizzie Velásquez, 24, has a rare condition that only two others in the world have: the inability to gain weight or store fat. She has to eat 5000 calories a day to live and weighs 60 lbs. She is also blind in her right eye. In high school, classmates uploaded a video of her to YouTube, which had 4 million views, titled "World's Ugliest Woman."
Despite her difficult life, she set goals for herself: to graduate college, publish books, and become a motivational speaker (all accomplished), as well as to be successful in a career and start a family (in the future).
