Just do 100 push ups, 100 squats, and 100 sit ups with a 10km run every day for three years, make sure to eat three meals a day

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you're obese then I wouldn't suggest lunges (without modifications) or jumping. Your knees will thank you.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The best workout routine is finding a sport you actually enjoy.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I do all of these almost daily. Buns of stteeeel

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

This is so inaccurate it has to be from buzzfeed

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Shit like this bothers me so much, it is so misleading to someone who is just trying to get into fitness, .

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

There are only 11 exercises shown.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'll practice my Glute Bridges while you practice your squats ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

http://imgur.com/DTLliSk you're welcome!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lies! Just max out strength stat at start of the game

10 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

Nope. 100 Pushups, 100 Squats, 100 Situps, and a 10KM run a day, every day, for three years, even when you're sick. Only workout you need.

10 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 6

"only"? I thought I was active, but this puts me to shame...

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You know it's working when your hair falls out.

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Looking at these gifs made me sweaty, I need to get off Fallout.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

As someone that's had ankle reconstruction in the last 2 years... I'm gonna vomit doing a few of these.

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

As someone with knee trouble:I f*cking hate jumping lunges. Those can really f*ck your knees up..

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

12 exercises none of us are going to do.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Do you have exercises for motivation..

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

hanging mirrors in your house... :-/

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

HAHAHAHA, I laughed way too much at that one!!!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I can feel my knees cracking.

10 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

Should you really have your knees extend over your ankles/toes while doing squats ? I learned that that is bad for your knees.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Exactly like @vikkedude said. Knees passing over the toes actually decrease shear stress in the knee joint.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's not according to my physio. Not engaging your glutes now, thats whole other kettle of fish.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Got it, I just need to hump the air in a bunch of different ways and I'll get in shape!

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Insanity? Sean T, ssssGo!!!!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Which shape are you trying to get in with these workouts? Because fit is not one of them.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

What mean fit to you ? spartan shape or thin but not too much with a bit of tone muscle but not for running a marathon.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I'm a power lifter, so strength-to-weight ratio. But I consider physique to be important as well, for self image and confidence.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

that's the point, the only weight i lift is myself and the costco groceries, so for me ( and for a lot of people) this is a good start

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

it's only intended as a start, to get muscles toned and ready for more. That in no way a complete training to look at schwazenneger

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I just ate a medium pizza in one sitting. Am I close?

10 years ago | Likes 270 Dislikes 7

I ate an x-large in 1 sitting :(

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

*in one sitting of the gif play through.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Me too, what toppings?

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Fat

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 5

Yep. And three more sets, you can do it!!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And put a little x-tra sauce into it as well.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Medium? What kind of filthy casual do you take me for?

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Drunkenly/Sleepily ordered Maccas. Currently sitting with a fuck ton of burgers. ate all of them. send Help. Do not send a gym membership

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Purging advised. :/

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Miscommunication, Now have BK and 3 bottles of wine. And there is a warm fire outside. Wine is Edelrood, Blend and Fat Bastard

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes, yes, we knoooow. You don't exercise, we knoooow

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah - 90 percent of getting fit is diet.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

That guy can glute bridge me anytime

10 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Thank you! My glute bridge boner is going crazy.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes omg I was hoping someone would comment on that! And look at how happy he looks!

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

YOU'RE WELCOME http://imgur.com/DTLliSk

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Honestly, you don't need a gym/workout plan, you need to make a fucking commitment. Walk 15 min/day for 3weeks then come talk to me

10 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 13

No, don't walk fifteen minutes a day for three weeks. It's virtually useless. Do one lap; 100m sprint, 100m walk, 100m sprint, 100m walk.l

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

the safest way to get someone into shape without hurting them is gently easing them into aerobic fitness. Plus its about making a commitment

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

ok, prince

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Game, Blouses

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No

10 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 7

Okay then. Good talk

10 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 5

laconic, i like it

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thanks for not pushing me to do it lol

10 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

I walk well over 15 minutes a day, everyday. What do I do now?

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Find a park bench; have a rest ;-)

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

All at once? Increase time walking and eliminate processed carbs from your diet eat more eggs

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Exactly. I lost 30 lbs and reduced my cholesterol 51 pts by eating one egg plus egg whites every day and cutting carbs and saturated fat.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well eggs are really high in cholesterol, maybe try a lean protein like beans or legumes instead?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, eggs. Eggs are the most complete food ever. You can grow a chicken from an egg. Don't worry about the cholesterol, its the kind you need

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

With the exception of the push up and the planks, all of these are exercises that are terrible for someone (me) who has bad knees.

10 years ago | Likes 71 Dislikes 5

Or give you a jump start to getting bad knees

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 5

Not just bad...I legit could not do them period. One squat and I'd be on the floor.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Do them with proper form and you'll be fine.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you ever go to physio they are likely to give you some similar exercises (lunges, squats, wall sits) to strengthen your knees.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Had physical therapy for 5 years. The closest I came to any of these was quarter squats on a balance board.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I had bad knees. It was strength training that rebuilt them. Start small and if you can work with a sports Dr.

10 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

I have a birth defect in my knees that irritates the nerves. There isn't much that can be done at this point to improve things.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

On top of which I am hyperflexible in all my joints, but most prominently in my knees. Went to a sports doc in high school, PT for 5 yrs...

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's super unfortunate. Sorry to hear that. Definitely there are varying situations.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

At this point, I know my knees, and I know that most of these exercises will make things worse, not better.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It really depends on the type of "bad knees" you have. ATG loaded squats can actually improve knee/back pains for a lot of people.

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

If I try atg, even without weight, my ass is staying in the grass. Glass knees have made squats and lunges almost impossible.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

as can the one legged DL's

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Favorited so I can forget about it

10 years ago | Likes 50 Dislikes 7

Does it just make you feel healthy?:)

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You wasted your time, unless you truly do forget about it

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

*raises glass*

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

To pizza

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

*to pizza"

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This post blows ass. You need 5 things. Barbell squat, barbell deadlift, barbell bench press, standing barbell overhead press, and pullups.

10 years ago | Likes 103 Dislikes 23

Dont forget that last all important thing you need.......motivation

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

so you have no core strength whatsoever... got it

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 6

And barbell row if you want to work on back more

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

And decent running shoes

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Isn't everyone different? Although I hope to be able to squat/deadlift a lot someday. I have a long ways to go but at least I'm on the road!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Why and how?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You can't just lift to get in shape, you build muscle under fat

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Seven things. All those exercises + weight set + pull up bar or something like it.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Where's the get my ass up from couch/bed/computer chair ?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

squat, deadlift, situp, push up(all varieties?), pull up

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you plan on doing good you're going to need more exercises than 5. Especially more than dead lifts and bench pressing.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

If you're doing sport-specific or advanced training, sure. For someone just starting a strength routine, 5 is plenty.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Those are the ones I do, but there's nothing wrong with the ones in the post. Not everyone wants to lift.

Look up Layne Norton.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not true. Depends on how you do it; high repetitions at lower weight will give you definition. where higher weight lower reps give strength

When i do burnouts at the end of my workout.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Barbell rows ain't bad either

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Was going to say this. Together with row the above 5 exercises make up my current program.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Replace barbell with dumbell and you have a deal

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 6

Why would you choose something where you move less weight? Strength is pretty highly correlated with size, given enough calories and protein

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 7

Dumbells engage the surrounding muscles and the core. The post is about getting fit, not big

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 4

And barbells don't? Stabilizers are used in both types of movements and more weight will cause the stabilizers to become stronger.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 4

Barbells use the surrounding muscles less because there is stability through the middle of the bar

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

Replace dumbbell with taco bell and you have a deal.

10 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

No!

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

dumbbell deadlift? dumbbell squat?

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Yes and yes

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Don't forget cock pushups.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Why did you throw barbell in front of every lift? The movement is more important than the weight for someone first starting out

10 years ago | Likes 50 Dislikes 9

This makes no sense. If you can lift an empty barbell there is something wrong. It's only 20kg.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

These exercises are targeting exactly the type of people who probably can't work with a 45lb bar. Im not trying to argue about this shit

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Just because you can move more weight. More weight causes more rapid gains.

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 8

Gains *in strength; but I guess the people who do unloaded squats don't aim at strength

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

i would recommend dumbbells at the beginning to strengthen the stabilization muscles first. but right on.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Very true. Dumbbells will emphasize proper form and prevent favoring one side of your body.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

GAINS BRAH

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I understand, but if someone's new to it just learning the movements and correct form will be a challenge for them

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 5

They make light bars and Olympic bars. They don't all weigh 45 lbs

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thank you for that obvious information

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Also, not everyone has a barbell, or even dumbells, available

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

Getting the correct form down will help prevent injury and allow for proper muscle usage

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

'barbell' doesn't specify how much weight, and doing bodyweight squats/deadlifts/etc will accomplish absolutely nothing for a normal person.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

But the body weight exercises will do something for the person 100 or more pounds over weight.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Any progress you can make at bodyweight will be compounded with weights. There's no reason not to weight train besides physical limitations.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

if you're 100+ lbs overweight you need to do cardio. these exercises won't make you lose weight.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

That's a ridiculous statement, you ramp up the number of reps and it becomes cardio. I didn't comment to argue

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yeah, it'll ruin their knees.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And adding weight or running wont?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You're missing the point - these exercises require no weights therefore no investment or space.

10 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 4

They also require balance. which is stupid to give a beginner. keep two feet on the floor and improvise for weights. Groceries?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

people forget that sometimes. its not weight as much as its repetition.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

That's incorrect. Doing a body-weight movement 100X isn't as effective as one with enough resistance that only 10 reps can be performed.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

In the case of body building sure. Lots of people have gotten into shape through body-weight movements.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Surely they have, but that in no way should suggest that, when getting into shape repetition > resistance. That's patently false.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

actually it is weight and it's not repetition. all repetition will do is make your muscles temporarily puff up due to sarcoplasmic fluid.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

My right hand is more muscular than my left, its because I use it for writing and drawing, not because I lift weights.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

and i bet it's huge and you're making regular hand muscle gainz every month, right?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Repetition is a conditioning exercise and should be incorporated to break through plateaus.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

lol, i guarantee you no one ever did bodyweight squats to break through a plateau.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

indeed, but they also get no results.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 4

As a poor-ass mofo who can't afford a gym or equipment right now, comments like this remove all my motivation to even bother :/

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 4

do you want to get fit/lose weight or get strong? if you want to lose weight, do cardio. if you want to get strong, get a barbell and bench.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Let me suggest resistance cables then, there are so many different ways to utilize them. They're very cheap also.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There are plenty of bodyweight exercises that are effective, these are simply not them. Pullups/pushups/GHRs & suspension training are solid

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

it shouldn't cost too much second hand and you can do all the major lifts with it.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Alas, even with the cash, my room can barely fit a bed in it let alone a bench. Serves me right for trying to live in London I guess :(

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You need equipment for all of those. The exercises in the post don't need any, and can be done by beginners, like, with no fitness yet.

10 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 3

And? these "exercises" do jack shit

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

like *me

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

I always love these posts because I get to see all the fitness "experts" talk about what's wrong with it and how theirs is better

10 years ago | Likes 82 Dislikes 18

But they never show "theirs".

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Well don't you know? If you don't work out EXACTLY right it will be 100% worthless.

10 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 8

Step 1) have disposable income...

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

The reason these "experts" emerge is b/c these posts are demonstrably false. We see it as preying on the less informed, and thus rustles us

10 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 11

Any movement is good start though.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

But no one else really cares except other experts who have a slightly different opinion and proceed to argue about it.

10 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 7

Except that other experts will almost certainly say the same about anything you recommend.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Not really. There is quite a bit of common ground and best practices. The nature of disagreement is key: most experts would suggest minor

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2. tweaks to each other's plans, as opposed to the "this is complete hogwash" that we regular see on imgur "pop fitness" posts.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

These posts aren't meant for you. If you expect immediate expert levels from people who currently do nothing; you get ultimate failure.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Who are they meant for? Those that want advice which will lead to worse outcomes with more effort? This advice is not good for beginners.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If someone who never works out did started doing these would it be helpful to them?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes, but not as effective as other options. Some of the other options are even simpler and thus more likely to lead to positive outcomes.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

One of the worst compilations yet. Clearly aimed at the lululemon crowd and nowhere near a well rounded routine for any level.

10 years ago | Likes 421 Dislikes 13

You mean the majority?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 8

even if these are aimed at people just starting out, then they shouldn't be doin jumping lunges. Fuck you jumping lunges, sincerely my knees

10 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

"Here are a bunch of bodyweight exercises without proper instruction or form correct, you will be fit in no time!"

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I do think this is better than those 'do 200 crunches' programs, even though this is awful.

10 years ago | Likes 45 Dislikes 4

Best of a bad bunch

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

At least most of those routines aren't arrogant enough to tell you they're all you'll ever need. =/

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Man how did I ever do like a thousand a day in highschool, I need to go through puberty again or something

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

post something better?

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

i'm OK with being in the lululemon crowd, even though their shit is expensive as fuck. i prefer it to the meathead crowd.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I get that this isn't the "only" way to exercise. But its a start for ppl. This and adding cardio can help, right? <- tryin not to be fat

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

There's a hella lot of cardio in that work out. And there's not a lot wrong with it no.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It's somewhat aerobic, but the only real cardio there is the running they mention after the fact.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I would be puffing and panting doing that

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

When starting, keep it simple & consistent. Pushups/pullups/elliptical (running can kill joints), add weights asap. Lifting is cardio.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I didn't know lifting is cardio! I have been doing hot yoga, and barre yoga 2 -3x a weekly. But I will start looking at other stuff too than

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yoga's great! Anything that gets your blood pumping is, by definition, cardiovascular. After a few bench sets you're definitely panting.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thank you so much! I think you have just helped change my life! :-)

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The rawest of basics are present (push ups, sit ups, squats, running) and do help, the rest is just redundant, unbalanced, and/or stupid.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Here's a couple better ones when ur ready to add weights: http://imgur.com/account/favor">es/cjdeB">http://imgur.com/account/favorites/cjdeB http://imgur.com/account/favorites/p5QCE

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Cool! I will check it out. I went from 257 to 200 just by yoga, medicine and nutrition, so far. I may need to tone up soon

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There is so much wrong with saying "you only need these workouts to get in shape!" I can't even explain in 140 characters.

10 years ago | Likes 1053 Dislikes 27

really? i do something similar to this three times a week. add in diet, and i've lost about 30lbs in 5-6 months.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Damn you. MR was fuck yaaa FAVORGEETT. But then I scroll down and it's like peeps are mad so unfavorget.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well "If you eat 4000 kcals on daily basis none of there workouts will help you in anyway." fits easily into 140 chars.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Easy none of these increase metabolism. Focused on defining (preexisting?) Muscle

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Word

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Agreed. Some of these things you definitely shouldn't do if you can't get into proper form.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"Help"

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

To be fair, the title doesn't say you ONLY need those. It's just they help along with other things.

10 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 19

10 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Plus I'm overweight, so starting small with these may show a slight difference and get me motivated.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Fermat? Is that you?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's another classic "Downvote and forget" exercise post.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Agreed, the amount of misinformation out there is scary, it's no wonder people struggle to stay/get in shape.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Seriously, I've been heavily into fitness the year or so and studied a lot and when people say stuff like "its this simple!!" I get mad 1/2

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Because it isn't that simple. Then people follow these things and they don't get healthy and they just give up.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

... rep ranges that will only be suitable for about 10% of the population. It angers me.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Exactly! "30 day challenge" and then people get demotivated when they don't see change in 30 days. Also the fact that most of them quote...

To be fair, in the title he says "to help you get fit".

10 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 8

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

That's true, but I didn't says ONLY :)but help you stop being always litteral

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

It's so simple! 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, 10 kilometer run and absolutely no AC! But buy a wig, you will need it :/

10 years ago | Likes 322 Dislikes 4

You forget to mention eating three meals a day.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Can confirm. Did this and went bald.

You joke, but even doing just that will keep you moderately toned.

ONE might say this will make you PUNCH like a real MAN.

A 10k run would kill me.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's about pacing. A good practice is running with friends and/or playing good paced music to keep you motivated and your mind off the run.

Thanks man I'll try those.

No pull ups ever, who needs a strong back

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Trading hair for gods-shit-pants-in-front-of-me like strength is tempting. But I think I'll wait a few years, genetics will do the trick :(

So he's saying don't have the AV on when you exercise? Why?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

In the film he sleeps in the heat rather than using an air conditioner to make himself comfortable

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I have no idea. Just guessed.

To be fair, for somebody like me who doesn't have time to go to the gym, and who works a lone, these are awesome to get motivated with.

10 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 1

Not trying to sound like a dick, but why don't you have time to go to the gym? 30mins every other day will make a HUGE difference. (1/2)

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 16

Because I own a small business and I don't have time. I'm either on the phone or doing paperwork. Along with that I work from 6 AM to...

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Bless you Cx I see what you mean but trust me. There's not always time for the gym.. Neither is there money XD

10 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Where I lived in Maine there was no gym within 45 minutes of my house......

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

6PM most days, then go home and do tax forms and all of that. I'm a very busy person.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You don't have to spend hours there. Honestly if you want to get in better shape 30mins with a personal trainer a couple times a week.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 14

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

You don't need to spend money to get in shape.

10 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

You're right, but if you know nothing about fitness, you have a much greater risk of severely injuring yourself due to poor technique (1/2)

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 6

I know.. I spend more calories digesting than these exercises... These are warmups, at -best-.

10 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 14

I actually do five of these as a warmup before I lift weights, so yuup. Warmups.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 4

the caption also says "Those exercises mixed with a healthy lifestyle and cardio can really help you get fit." For most, Cardio is fit.

10 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

Now if you add weight to all of them... They're slightly better

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

To us who do sports, yes, but for someone that doesn't they are a major step up from just sitting in the couch at home.

10 years ago | Likes 58 Dislikes 2

yes, exactly, I think people forget a lot of people don't have core down, it is a good start

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yeah. never did anything. one pushup == nearly blacked out. a few weeks later, 100 pushups a day (10-20 per round), doable.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

I started 15 pushups then added 5 each day. 150 easy now

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I feel sad, I have a faulty wrist and can't really do pushups at all. Fuck my wrist, that frickle little cunt.
