I saw my first one in person just this past Saturday. It was matte black though, never saw one that wasn’t metal gray. The balls on anyone driving those things with how mocked they are😂

I found one in the wild, in tree dominated Wisconsin, in the middle of a rainstorm......really weird headlight

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Somebody left a dumpster in the car park, that’s very inconsiderate

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Prior to moving id seen one ever in the wild. Now in Long Island I see 2-3 a day it's crazy

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The nicest thing about it imo are the tires. The thing looks that awful im immediately drawn to the tires.

I've seen so many now. They are pretty ugly

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's already rusting

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 4

I saw a trailer delivery a few days ago

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I saw one and couldn't believe how big it was. I've seen box trucks with better styling.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

There's a black one in my city, and I do have to say that the design is ugly, but black looks much better.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

yeah show him how lame it is by advertising his product and boosting impressions! STICK IT TO THE MAN

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

In case you haven't noticed the front page is plastered with photos of Trump constantly. Not necessarily advertising.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's probably broken down

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

I've yet to see one in the wild. I have to rely on pictures to see one.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I have no desire to see one

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

I've seen a few where I live. They're goofy as hell.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Canyoneroooooo

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's a dumb looking design but has some clever innovations in it. Using 48V for power instead of 12V for instance, reduces cable thickness because the current is reduced to ¼ of a 12V system. That reduces the amount of copper required in harnesses.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think they look dope ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Meanwhile my 2016 f150 with a full aluminum body out here still looking brand new

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

Took the picture from my 2011 F250 - same

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Unless you need those for work, both are just as cringey.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm a contractor dog with 3 kids

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's an invasive species. Kill it before it spreads further.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

ive yet to see one in the wild... but i seen plenty of parking lots full of the ugly things..

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Test the windows out they promised a patch so give it a trial run

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Someone commented that the design looks like PS1 graphics and, you know what? If that has been the design intention without all of the edge lord apocalypse survival bullshit, that'd be awesome! Instead it's... stupid.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

That's a Dumpster. Another case of mistaken identity.

2 years ago | Likes 140 Dislikes 6

Relevant to my town lol

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Naww, a Dumpster has a useful lifespan of 10-12 years. Cybertruck, not so much.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Yeah dude. Even the raccoons know to look for food in there. @op

2 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

They seek to claim their birthright.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I never grasped how bulky these things are until I saw one. Just... like a frame/chassis test model escaped the lab.

2 years ago | Likes 78 Dislikes 1

makes me think of og lara croft graphics

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

smaller than an F150, but the angles make it look bigger

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

The f150 is 2" taller, but the other specs are basically the same

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Photos don't do it justice. No matter how ugly it looks in photos, its 10x uglier in real life. Its absolutely hideous.

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

In the rain?! Well that's not long for this world...

2 years ago | Likes 610 Dislikes 5

let's get a post rain pic / report to see if it's rusty and or capable or starting.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It was already pre-rusted

2 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

"Go ahead, drool all you want - you can't hurt that finish! Now rainwater that'll strip it right off...ah, I shouldn't have said that! Come on Gil. "

Sadly that turned out to be an AI image, right? Kind of bummed me out because that would have been the ideal spot to park if you're going to burn it down...

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

what? that'd be a terrible place, with all that water. that would literally be among the worst places possible to burn something. especially if it's not even high tide yet.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Like, I know water doesn't extinguish all kinds of fires, but it *absolutely* would hinder its spread to other components. Best option would probably be a freshly-soaked and otherwise-empty parking lot. (hit enter too soon)

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The battery may burn hot enough to melt the asphalt, if that's something you care about in this scenario

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I know we hate on them here, but am I allowed to think it looks cool? lol

2 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 4

You can have whatever opinion you have, and i respect your right to it. It's a shit looking dumbshit, tho. It's the dumbest looking vehicle of ever. Also, the pedigree. If you like the look i would urge you to create a company that makes a better car (it's not a truck) with the same look.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Sure you can. I have no objection to differences of opinion.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yes. I personally don't hate the look. I hate the broken promises, bad engineering, and the con man running the company.

2 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 2

They're really cool, kinda wish they stick to original pricing though, I'd buy one at 50k.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Yes :)

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

trust me, they look stupid in person

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Oh look. An incElcamino!

2 years ago | Likes 278 Dislikes 5

I prefer Wank Panzer, but incElcamino works too.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Oh I was thinking inconel

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Too niche

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

This took me a minute to understand. I read it with a hard c initially.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Should actually have a space between the two words. After all, it's El Camino, not elcamino. That said, the pun is magnificent.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wankerpanzer. And you are supposed to point and make exaggerated head-back laughing motions. It's the "punch buggy" of the 2020s!

2 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Oh yeah, try your best to make eye contact.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Exactly

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I stared so hard at the first one I saw because it was so improbable looking, and not in a good way! I’m sure the owner thought I was admiring it but I just couldn’t believe anyone would WANT to drive that. Ever since then I point and laugh, though.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Finally! I've been trying to get this to catch on.

2 years ago | Likes 45 Dislikes 0

This is fantastic, first I've heard it, but I'm gonna start using it. Thx to both of you.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

You are streets ahead.
