Thousands of US troops have arrived in Europe in what has been described as "one of the largest deployments since the Cold War." This comes just days after it was reported that some 2,800 tanks, trucks, and other military equipment had been deployed to Germany to aid NATO reinforcements as part of a buildup against "Russian expansion." Some 4,000 American troops have landed and made their way to Wroclaw, Poland where they will be on a nine-month rotation under Operation Atlantic Resolve, a mission designed to demonstrate to Moscow Washington's commitment to defend allies in Europe.

A federal lawsuit filed by Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER) led to the release of documents confirming details on the planned "Protective Action Guides" (PAGs) to be implemented which include the new radically higher maximum allowable radiation levels in your drinking water. Only after the lawsuit forced the EPA to release the documents did it become clear how much the levels were to be increased. The agency's justification for withholding the new proposed limits from the public until after the proposal had been adopted was that it wanted to "avoid confusion."

Protests in Mexico push the country to the brink of revolution and nobody's talking about it. A recent increase in gas prices broke the camels back as long-simmering social tensions are threatening to boil over as compounded with rampant inflation, stagnant standards of living, and open corruption between a working Narco-State collaboration. The current "gasolinazo" protests are over a 20% rise which are expected to rise even further as fuel subsidies will be completely phased out by March 2017. It currently takes the equivalent of twelve days of a minimum wage to fill a tank of gas - compared to the US' seven hours.

The UN just claimed that the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is historically associated with Islam, NOT with the Jewish people. Just a few days ago, a new resolution called "Occupied Palestine" denies any connection between Judaism, Christianity, and the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The only countries to vote against these resolutions were the US, UK, Germany, Holland, Lithuania, and Estonia. Rising tensions in the area in connection with the new UN resolution could be the equivalent of a bucket of gasoline next to an open flame.

Just because she lost doesn't mean that the FBI probe into Hillary Clinton went away. The Clinton probe has now expanded to public corruption track. The development follows press reports over the past year about the potential overlap of State Department and Clinton Foundation work, and questions over whether donors benefited from their contacts inside the administration. Three unidentified intelligence officers have submitted new evidence of the corruption connections dealing with the the Clinton Foundation.

This post sounds suspiciously like Russian propaganda

Listen Comrade, sources are capitalist propaganda. Trust your fellow imgurian. He is strong, like Boxer the horse. We must believe.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

The first one... What? I was in a battalion of 5200 National Guardsman that deployed to Iraq... So your description is highly suspect....

It sounds like it's basically a slight increase in the size of a yearly training exercise, plus an excuse to dick-measure next to Russia.

Propaganda

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

"And no one is talking about it" NPR and BBC have been reporting

9 years ago | Likes 68 Dislikes 3

no one that anyone listens to and takes seriously. Unless your in the UK.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 9

Its all over al Jazeera too

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

No one listens to those guys.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 7

"No one is talking about it with the spin that @OP wants"

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

Well this is my first time hearing about. Considering Imgur kinda circlejerked about the Chicago incident for two whole weeks.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

7 fucking hours to pay for a full tank of gas? what the fuck gas prices and tank sizes are they using for that...

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Well, they said "about"....$7.25/hr x 7 = 50.75 - 21% = $40 after taxes. which would cover a 15 gal tank @ $2.67/gal.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

got me. i hadn't factored in taxes but still 40 bucks a tank would fill my car up one and a half times

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

yeah, everything varies - fuel tank size, minimum wage (state), gas prices, etc. Finding the mean for the latter two is easy, former - not.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That sounds about right. Assuming a 40 hour work week, that means the minimum wage in Mexico is about... 53 cents an hour.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Minimum wage in mexico just rised from $73.00 to about $80.00 (Pesos) right now the exchange rate is about 1 USD = 22 Pesos. :/

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And it is not by the hour , its for one fucking day of work.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I know it's by the hour, but the image said 12 days of minimum wage not 12 hours so I adjusted assuming the Mexican work week is 40 hours.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It`s 87 tanks, and they already have more in storage, STOP POSTING/UPVOTING FAKE NEWS!

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

quotes around "Russian expansion" like it's dubious. why are you posting about Hillary when president-elect is under investigation?

9 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 22

Devils advocate here, the post is about stories you may not have heard about. FB is filled with stories about trump sooo just saying.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ha, there it is. I was wondering if you people would let him get away with saying something negative about Clinton.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 13

the Clinton Foundation probe is not going to go anywhere because there was no pay for play. meanwhile Trump wants to dissolve his foundation

9 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 13

No one talks about Mexico? Shit dude, watch the news. Even in Germany it's on the evening news.

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

Even in Germany, those guys that usually live under a rock and now nothing of the world.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Being Mexican all I can say is.. we need help, we need to get rid of this corrupt government!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Have you heard anything about those missing 43 students; supposedly its been two years, didn't think it was that long.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I feel you brother. But dont be afraid, because it is in the darkest times that the light shines its brightests.

I work at a deployment site and met many of these soldiers we sent to Poland. good people.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Read everyone comments. Apparently its all a lie because they don't know how to Google. Therefore, you never met them and don't work there.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Kind of confused with if you are serious or not but ok.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, I'm mocking all the naysayers in the comments. It's astounding the how these people even know what other countries are.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Honestly, the radiation limits should be massively increased. They're stupidly low atm.

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 7

For the ignorant downvoters: they're close to the level of basement air atm. Probably 10x lower than they should be.

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 3

Which is exactly why they wouldn't want a public knee-jerk reaction about something they wouldn't take the time to understand.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Exactly this. Average Joe just hears "radiation" and starts running for the bomb shelter because of a science-illiterate public.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ironically... bomb shelters probably have a pretty high natural radiation level, from the same source as public water.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Properly designed WW3-shelters should be capable of scrubbed ventilation, to eliminate fallout from intake air and vent radon from inside.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hillary can't do nothing bad...ever: Imgur

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Right? lol. I am getting more hate mail for hating on Killary then for their general sense of not knowing how to google.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Apparently the marine corps named the helicopter she used to be escorted in Afghanistan and Iraq the 'Broomstick One' lol

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Now THAT'S some funny shit

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Have heard so many stories about her mistreating her staff it def wouldn't surprise me lol

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

FBI probe is old news, and the photo of Clinton is a bit harsh.

9 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 8

And there we see where OP's bias lies. Puts quotes around proven Russian aggression but treats Clinton probe like a big thing

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 7

Also no mention of the fact that that warrants for investigations into Trump's various endeavors were strangely denied.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 4

Russian expansion my ass...

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

Alternate theory?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Russia is surrounded by NATO-Bases, is in any conceivable way less numerous than NATO and quit frankly, a war is the best way for them 1/x

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

to suicide. They just draw the line at an NATO-friendly Ukraine, especially one that would control all territory around Sewastopol the 2/x

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

base of their Black Sea Fleet. Allowing this would leave Russia very vulnerable in case the west keeps engulfing them with military. 3/x

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

In addition the giving of the Krimea to the Ucraine was against sovjet constitution at that time and there was a vote on it 2014 so imho 4/x

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

EPA: https://www.metabunk.org/debunked-epa-allowing-lethal-radioactivity-in-drinking-water.t7713/ Bullshit.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

The entire list is dumb. Op doesn't understand the world

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

100% of people exposed too radiation dies

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

In the 80s there were about 350,000 US troops in Europe to counter possible Soviet aggression. I doubt Putin's gonna worry about 4,000.

9 years ago | Likes 111 Dislikes 4

Yes, but there were also around 70-80 thousand Soviet troops in Poland then, not counting those stationed in other communist states.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The purpose of those troops is that if they are harmed the Russians can expect a large retaliation. So even a small number works.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Russia wouldn't attack a NATO member. Putin knows the west won't do anything if he takes back ex-soviet states that don't belong to NATO.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

We got 300 US Marines in Norway, al thay are doing is freeze there asses of up north.

9 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 2

That's just an excuse for a little arctic warfare training.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Why aren't we passed this Russian hate boner? Maybe they are doing wrong but im suspicious of my own nation's true motives.

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 8

They did invade a country not too long ago...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Because Russia invaded multiple places and annexed them and is backing Assad in Syria. It's not random hatred for an old foe, it's recent.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 7

I used to backyard wrestle under the name "Russian hate boner" and nothing got past me

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It's not a "hate boner". Russia has the largest active military in Europe and has shown a willingness to use it. It's simple common sense.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That one confuses me a bit though. I thought US was supposed to be on better terms with Russia since Trump's election?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah but they weren't in Poland back then. Those troops are over 1000 km closer to Moscow than they were in the 80s.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The trend

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

26 years my country got rid of Soviet troops. Now we "invited" another "friend" and "ally". Perfect. Just perfect.

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 23

Sachse?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Estonian (or which of the three got the nato troupes)?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I would guess Poland, since the troops are going to Wrocław, and also I don't think Estonians are quite as paranoid as we are about this.

9 years ago | Likes 0 Dislikes 1

Germany sends a bunch to Lithuania.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They were deployed by Obama to used the the 3ish billion dollars in his (I wanna say UN or NATO) discretionary fund

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, 4000 is nothing. Germany alone could ready up millions of troops within a couple of months if they so desired

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

The rand corporation did a study last year of European vs Russian military capabilities. The said that among dozens of simulations(1)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

It would only take Russia at the longest, 60 hours to advance from their border, to the border of Spain...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

russia right now is nowhere near the strength they had in the 80s

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

Also: The Dutch are slowly preparing their army for a mass assault on the world in the hopes they stop calling the Netherlands Holland (1/2)

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

(2/2) Holland is as much a synonym for the Netherlands as Dakota is for the U.S.A.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

not really. its like calling the entire New York State as New York City.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Holland is the most popular region in Netherlands. Dakota? Most people dont even know if thats in USA let along a state

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Mount Rushmore is in South Dakota I think; Daugaard (governer) sounds European if I'm not wrong but yeah a lot of people forget about SD/ND

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I like to use Dakota as there is a north and south Dakota, but your example works well too (albeit for a different aspect)

Also, cabinet picks of Trump: Jeff Sessions "not sure" if he would jail reporters for reporting on things.

9 years ago | Likes 107 Dislikes 22

Espionage IS actually a crime. One that Obama's AG has been aggressively prosecuting for.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 5

Massively important difference: Most presidents prosecute leakers, but don't go after the press who reports it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Which isn't really something I've understood. The law does not actually distinguish, and a press pass is not a license to violate it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is about silencing any reporting on Trump administration getting 19% of Rosneft in exchange for dropping sanctions against Russia

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 4

Jeff Sessions is a cancer on society and cannot leave this Earth soon enough.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 6

Another voice of reason and tolerance from the Left. If someone said this about Obama it would be racist and a hate crime. Calm down sparky.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

You do realize that GOP members blocked his nomination to the district court in '86, right? Because even they thought he was unqualified.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Lol, "from the Left". Many fellow Alabamians have hated Sessions long before Trump. He's vile. My views rarely align w either party sparky

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I was contemplating this story but figured the others were more important.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 8

Right, because a probe into Clinton, who has no power anymore, is more important than the people who are going to run the country.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

For me it is, since I think she's a piece of shit who should be in jail.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Right. Gotcha. Trump may have been compromised by Russia and may have committed Treason BUT NO CLINTON IS THE EVIL ONE. Go fuck yourself.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Jesus, lol. There is zero evidence that Russia was involved in the hacks. It's a blatant rouse by the libtards crying because they lost.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

You need this kind of news because you're obliviously swayed by whatever the biased media puts out there. You're an absolute sheep.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A nuclear superpower having it's government infiltrated by those who don't believe in basic rights is always a story

Jared Kushner, son in law of Trump, to be appointed- breaking major federal laws about nepotism.

9 years ago | Likes 69 Dislikes 10

Better than breaking laws about neopetism. Those fucking minigames, man...

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I heard a report on NPR that Jared Kushner's appointment is not breaking any anti-nepotism laws. Still fucked up though

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

Read it for yourself

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Thanks, I read it. Where do we go from here? What can be done?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Honest question, how do we have such a flaw in our government. We have all these rules and no defense against someone saying "lol, no." ??

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Government is self regulating. Despite serious objections from the Left, the Right intends to move forward with their appointments

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

One R Congressman told the left to "grow up" in regards to asking for the same requirements that that congressman had asked of the 08

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

appointees.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

This is actually why Bill Clinton wasn't prosecuted for having Hillary head the taskforce on healthcare. Same deal.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

In other news, Neo-Nazis are organizing an armed march in Whitefish, Montana to "protest the Jews"

9 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 4

Is it like the last "protest march" I saw? ~10 cars/trucks driving through an intersection (quickly) with some flags?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

By which they mean scare the everliving shit out of the town's extensive Jewish population.

9 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 5

Honestly, if they're going armed and shoot at people, then they should complain when they get shot at themselves by police and the military.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

No, the basic issue is that the White House staff is not "an agency", and thus dodges the law.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"federal laws about nepotism"... how does it feel to talk completely out of your ass?

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 40

So... you linked a law that specifically excludes this case in the definition section (a)1

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 28

Actually, it is included in this.

The world is very, very different in The Levant. The things they're fighting for is of cultural and religious importance to them.

That's the problem. Since it involves religion, each side believes they have a right. Entitlement is the source of many or earth's problems.

Mexico story may have some truth but ignores that gas price rise is probably entirely due to fall of peso against USD since Trump's election

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

So, people are still poor and now have to pay a lot more for this things, while the government steals a lot of fucking money on plain sight

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The problem is that Gasoline, among other things, are increasing abruptly in price and people are not getting more money for their jobs

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

makes imported gasoline more expensive right? That is my analysis anyway. Let me know what you think. 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Totally agree, but I'm blaming gas prices on Trump. Peso has been weakening for over a year because of all his NAFTA "tough talk", which 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

which happened because TRUMP keeps talking about shutting down trade with Mexico. So if that country is becoming unstable, thank DJT

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm Mexican and our biggest problem is the government, full of corruption. one governor stole around 75 000 million dollars ( in pesos).

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm not arguing the corruption part, but I figured the protests were really about the gas prices because hasn't corruption 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

been an issue for a long time? I guess I am theorizing so willing to hear that I am wrong. 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

protest are because the politics taxed the gas, and they spend crazy amount of $ in useless stuff and they keep stealing... We had enough

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

protest are because the politics taxed the gas, and they spend crazy amount of $ in useless stuff and they keep stealing... We had enough

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just for clarification, you wrote "75 000 million dollars" which is equivalent to $75 billion. Did you mean 750 million?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

YUP... SORRY!! I'm not good at math. ,(._., )

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No, no, thanks for clarifying! I didn't mean to sound like a dick or anything, just was double checking that. Thanks!!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I live in Mexico and I can verify that there is indeed rioting, looting, protesting, blocking, etc going on here due to the gas prices.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

that seems to have cause the gas price rises to begin with. Do you think that analysis is correct? 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Right sorry I agree with that part and the corruption allegations, my issue is OP's summary doesn't blame Trump for the fall in the peso 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

The gas prices - they just don't have enough gas to go around. Blame the narcos stealing gas for that, which in turn comes back to the gov.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The peso was already going to hell way before Trump being elected. Mexico's poor economy and corrupt gov. are mostly to blame for that. 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So, you're rejecting a factual news account because it doesn't editorialize the way you want? lawl

War is upon us and that's what you want to see?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yea #2 was a little misleading. It only seems to pertain to post nuclear emergencies.

I'm only looking at tagged comments, too many otherwise. Everything is accurate but it's not going to be 100% since it's a summary.

But summary doesn't diminish accuracy

The UN and temple mount- http://www.un.org/en/ga/search/view_doc.asp?symbol=A/RES/71/25

9 years ago | Likes 85 Dislikes 0

Put it into perspective. This report is meaningless. Israel will continue to disregard int. law and continue its illegal occupation.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 13

Doesn't it just states that Israel has no right to alter the state of Jerusalem, and it has no right to claim the city for its own?

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

It doesn't say anything about "denying a connection between the Temple Mount and Judaism." Maybe it's the Arabic name that offends?

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

It doesn't outright say it, but throughout the document it only refers to it by it's Islamic designation without mentioning others.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No one would ever come out and say it that way. Using the Arabic name in an English report about a Jewish location speaks volumes.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 3

Sauces? Nothing personal, I just see way too many BS posts like this.

9 years ago | Likes 643 Dislikes 21

I can at least confirm #3. Living in Tucson and it has me increasingly worried

so happy more people are starting to learn about this!:D

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

The Temple Mount issue doesn't really change how the rules are currently applied on the Temple Mount either, not a big deal at all.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

But that says it doesn't deny the jewish heriagte

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

You'll also note it happened back in October. It's almost as if OP isn't being entirely truthful.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

I think OP is one of those "mainstream media lies because they tell more facts than i like to hear" kind of people

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

This claim is in fact bs: "a new UN resolution denies any connection between Judaism, Christianity, and the Temple Mount in Jerusalem"

9 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 5

The resolution affirms "the importance of the Old City of Jerusalem for the three monotheistic religions."

9 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 4

But. But how will the Jews play the persecuted card WITHOUT such facts and evidence? No. No. The UN hates the Jews. Clearly.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, "The US and UK voted against it" both the US & UK have veto power on UN resolutions, iirc (not just them, but others aren't mentioned)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Tis but a Google search away pal

9 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 29

The burden of proof is with the reporter, there is no other way.

9 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 4

Oh shit, someone needs to tell the networks! I guess they had no idea that making up stories, causing havoc, and then redacting it isn't ok.

German here... saw the tanks for myself in Bremerhaven :/ fck war

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

I only find confirmation for 90 tanks and "150 fighting vehicles", nothing close to the claimed thousands of tanks and trucks in this post.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Thousands of tanks is unheard of, the largest ever tank battle was ~800vs600 and they were only assigned maybe a dozen per regiment

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm sure they are including support role vehicles as well. Humvees, fuel carriers and cargo haulers. Our tanks and AFVs are a logistic PITA

Not so great on immigrants with skin even slightly darker then our average though.

Australian people are racist?

9 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

And you don't reek of desperation at all!

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 50

Im not desperate to get some. Im desperate because I dont want to live in, what it seems, pre-apocalyptuc mexico

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I totally "wooshed" on that one.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think "desperate" is an appropriate response to pre-Mad Max gasoline wars and revolution violence throughout your country.

I like to follow alt news since 90% of what you see on TV is secretly biased. It shows me to know where to look but all this can be googled.

9 years ago | Likes 71 Dislikes 107

Thanks for these. Where do you go to read/hear about current events? I avoid most news sources bc of the huge amount of BS content

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

"Secretly" biased....

9 years ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 6

Don't forget sheer incompetence. News station often take time away from one story to make room for others. Can litteraly be snap judgements

Idk if they're really that secretly biased tbh, seems pretty apparent most of the time

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

What type of news outlets do you prefer? In just curious since I really don't have a primary one-stop-shop news provider.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Honestly any news feed app will give you all sides of a story right there.
