IMO the only thing a hot flash might cause is more fervent action on global warming

(No gifs to save mobile people)

EDIT: also just want to acknowledge that yes, lots of women have started wars. Guessing he was being US-centric, or just saying it for the "gotcha" factor, considering the woman begrudgingly said yes.

Also, the point of this is video isn't just to say "ha ha stupid people" but to show how ridiculous of an idea it is to "extreme vet" immigrants on issues that Trump supporters don't even all agree with.
Of course they cherry picked the wildest/funniest examples, this is a comedy show, but the idea behind it remains.

This legit gives me an ulcer.

This is cringe worthy in the worst possible way.

There are morons supporting both parties. You have plenty of real facts to base decisions on, this is pointless

Klepper is fearless as an interviewer, following in a long tradition of Daily Show talent that will ask awful shit from awful people.

9 years ago | Likes 1159 Dislikes 39

I wouldn't call raging liberal propaganda/bias fearless, would call it just intellectual laziness and being dull witted.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 10

So, you see his interview as what, "liberal propaganda" that is intellectually lazy and dull witted? Isn't that a little partisan? :P

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Yeah I definitely cringe sometimes. More guts than I'd have

9 years ago | Likes 93 Dislikes 0

He's ballsy. Like journalists used to be. But on this one, because he was kind and not judgemental it made the point hit home.

9 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 3

Agreed

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Both Klepper and Hassan have given the show some its best moments. And the time Ms J Willy interviewed that weirdo pastor.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I've been super fucking impressed with the latest addition to the team, Michelle Wolf. She's funny and she lands her material so hard.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yep! I like the new folks, even though the show has some hits and misses

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Desi is a fuckin' pro, she comes off like an experienced talent. She's an impressive chick too.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes! I love her- the show needs more of her. I like Trevor too even though he tends to have the most boring material.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Him, Jason Jones, Samantha Bee, Jessica Williams, all so unafraid. I miss the old Daily Show so much :(

9 years ago | Likes 52 Dislikes 2

New Daily show is pretty fuckin' ballsy. They play with format quite a bit, and are just as unafraid. Desi Lydic is a straight up weapon.

9 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 3

I've watched maybe a dozen shows total. I dont even know who Desi Lydic is. Maybe I'll give it another try, but meh.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

The newer episodes are better. Trevor Noah has finally found his voice, I think.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

I will be the dissenting voice. I've watched the show for years and still do but it's very lazy and poor lately.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I agree! The first few weeks were a little rough, but it's really hitting its stride

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I recently started watching a few after giving it a long break, and I really did quite enjoy the newer episodes.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

I agree, but Trevor Noah is still extremely unfunny and has ruined the daily show. No wonder the ratings dropped 37% since Jon Steward left.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

I knew of Noah as a standup comedian, well before Stewart picked him to take his place. Motherfucker is hilarious; damn talented comedian.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Put this in context though. In a time when women were essentially property, the rare person who could be queen needed to be pretty ruthless.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

At her age, Hillary only has vague memory of the time she was a women.

we have had far more men vote for them so I'm not sure what your point is here?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

one of them is even running for president right now. how bout that!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Or, if you consider the entire world instead of just Europe...?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

How about we stop looking at it as "Us v Them?" Its just "us." Do your research, and choose the best qualified candidate, not a party. And

9 years ago | Likes 65 Dislikes 18

There is no "just" (as in "mere") in the U.S.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I rarely upvote a comment, but sometimes common sense earns it.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

That's what I'm always afraid of. People doing absolutely no research and voting based solely on biases.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The thing is that due to several things going on soon in politics (like the supreme court justice appointments) I have to defensively 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

vote for Trump to keep those who (mostly/somewhat) share my views and values get appointed to where I want them to be. 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Certainly not someone who is crazy.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As a non-american I'm often dismayed about how polarised politics in your country have become.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

It's because A LOT of people are too stupid to realize R or D doesn't matter, it's all a big contradiction.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 4

That's USA for you. You are either West or East, Black or white, good or bad, fat or ripped, rich or poor. Nobody told them about alternativ

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

I agree with this as a rule, but it seems that in this election a lot of people are just voting on hateful pathos, which is frustrating

9 years ago | Likes 59 Dislikes 8

Thing to remember is that if Trump wasn't the nominee, these people would still exist & be just as ignorant and hateful.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Unity would be great and all, we are talking about folks who dismiss facts and fact checking as "just a belief". There is no reasoning here.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It is. Which is why we must educate, not attack or make fun of. Not with unsubstantiated opinion, either, but with facts. It's frustrating.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

if you're trying to educate during an election, you're too late

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I have a friend who is voting for trump and it does not matter what you tell him. He just doesn't care how many times he's proven wrong.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

It's like he could go and indiscriminately shoot someone in broad daylight and it wouldn't even matter.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

You don't have to respect someone's religion, just the right of religious freedom so long as they don't interfere with the rights of others

9 years ago | Likes 100 Dislikes 12

Exactly. The Super Christian is the biggest offender of this.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 7

that's fair 'nuff

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

That's not what happened though, she herself said it's important to respect *everyone's* religion, then immediately disagreed with herself.

9 years ago | Likes 67 Dislikes 4

My concern was with the interviewer asking about respecting everyone's religion, not with the response

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I think she shouldn't have said that, but it might have been a knee-jerk PC thing to say, you know?

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 46

I don't even understand what that means.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I don't think so, just because her next knee-jerk reaction was to insist she doesn't respect islam, PC isn't on her mind

9 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 0

Not at first, like I said, it's just knee jerk reaction to a stranger with a mic and camera. Then her true nature comes out.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

situation. Apologies if I had anything to do with this stupid downvoting, because like I said,I actually agree with you, yet I got +30. 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

1) Islam is not a religion; it is a religion coupled with a political platform, a complete social hierarchy, justice system with prescribed

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 34

2) punishments, and quite a few other elements. Decouple the religion from the authoritarian theocratic monolith of totalitarianism and then

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 8

3) her statement might be hypocritical.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

That's true of theocracies in general though. She should say "middle eastern governments" instead then.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

By that logic, neither is Judaism or Catholicism though.

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 2

1) The Judeo-Christian faiths are largely held in check on that score by the whole, "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's" though.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 15

2) Islam promotes undermining Caesar and enslaving his family. Don't get me wrong, Judeo-Christianity has had it's dark moments, Islam is

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 8

Yeah because Christians have never waged wars over religion or tried to insert religious ideals into lawmaking ever, right?

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

You can't say "it isn't a religion," then follow it up with "it is a religion." It is or isn't, and what it's "coupled" with is irrelevant.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Sorry, it isn't *just* a religion.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

There are very few "just" religions. A great many religions have political and judicial edicts. Christianity and Judaism also have them.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Do these people actually exist?

9 years ago | Likes 167 Dislikes 10

In USA, yes. A lot of them.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

How do you think Trump got to where he is in the Presidency race without these people existing?

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 4

No. This is obviously staged for comedic purposes. Trump supporters have actually been found to be very down to earth normal people.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 14

Please please please, America, DUMP TRUMP and vote Hillary. Kind regards, the rest of the world except Russia xo

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 8

Add me and many others to that list after Russia, thanks. Not all of us swallow the poisoned mainstream media angle. Thank God for Wikileaks

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Then remember that you have the same number of votes as others far more intelligent than yourself.

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 2

Oh man. What a burn.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

Fortunately, the biggest impact they'll have is sending the occasional racist post to the front page.

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 4

Most likely every single one of those people will actually go and vote. This election could end up just like brexit if people only talk

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

I dispute "most likely". Trump's core has always been voters who didn't use to vote before. Or at least not in primaries

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

And non one's is worth a darn

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"do you respect all religions?" yes. "do you respect islam" yes. "so you respect the killing of gays and subjugation of women?" liberals.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

So, you're finally figuring out that fundamentalist Islam is conservative?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I don't respect any religions and I'm liberal

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

As a Canadian, they have more :(

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Zero? Well, that's a relief.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Votes are just suggestions in the US.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Voting is a choice? It's not legally obliged like in Europe?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's not legally obliged in the UK FYI.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sadly some people's votes are worth more than others. If they even matter at all. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUS9mM8Xbbw

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And that number is 9. 9 votes...right? We all get 9 votes, right?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

stupid people reproduce more and from a group perspective make up most of the vote these days and it only gets worse. go democracy

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Me and the rest of non-americans won't agree. Yet we have to feel the conseqences of this election. Use your vote wisely!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SqJ_4YhYMhE same about these people.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So don't waste your vote being mad at Hillary because of something you read in a meme

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 8

what memes? you mean just like this meme imgur post using dumb voters to imply something about the candidate they support? gotcha

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

I live in Ohio. My vote tends to matter a LOT more than a good number of other votes in other states. I hate this system.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And it's the way it should. There are problems, everybody should get involved if they will ever be fixed. Including our weakest links.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Remember remember the 5th of November, the gunpowder treason and plot. I know of no reason why the gunpowder treason should ever be forgot.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And that was a religious act of terrorism, lest we forget.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Pfft, I live in California, they might actually count as more votes than mine...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yep, we in the UK had the same problem when it came to the brexit vote!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Not according to the electoral college.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

way more of them. cretins are fertile.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Honest question: is one person, one vote a bad method these days? Alternative Vote, Block Chain? What about those who have never paid tax?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

No, there's a really REALLY high chance they'll forget which day is voting day.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Actually, with our current system someone in Wyoming has 3x the voting power as someone in California. Gotta love that electoral system...

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

As a Californian who visits Wyoming frequently, when I bend over should I bring my own organic hemp based lube?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah honestly as a Californian my vote matters very little. At least it's generally in my favor

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Then after you ponder that you start to think about the electoral college and gerrymandering and some how drive your car off a cliff.

9 years ago | Likes 57 Dislikes 4

One could argue that those could UNDO the stupidity just as much as further it. I'm not making that case but negative x negative = positive.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

but...gerrymandering has nothing to do with the electoral college?

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 3

It does in Nebraska and Maine

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

haha, I canceled that downvote for you. People don't know that Nebraska and Maine are the only states with proportional voting in the EC

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I can't afford no damn electoral college

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Stupid 'first past the post' voting system...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Probably more, actually. Because the Electoral College makes sense to keep around for SOMEONE, just not the vast majority of us. 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

2/2 Fuck the low population states, one person, one vote. The low pop states are usually all idiots anyway, so why give them more power?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Well that's not fair! We don't want "equal"!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Best motivation to vote tbh

9 years ago | Likes 547 Dislikes 13

I think it's a better motivation to just press the red button and be done with it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Or to cull the population. It's a more permanent solution. Final, even.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Sadly there's so many...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's more motivating to know my vote is the same as a senator or ceo.

Deez Nutz 2016! Currently polling higher than Jill Stein in Penn

9 years ago | Likes 4932 Dislikes 76

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. If learning isn't reinforced at home it doesn't matter what your school is like.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The education system isn't great, but that's no excuse. These people are ADULTS. Not fresh out of high school uneducated. Lifetime Failures.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As a student, yes.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I had a conversation today with someone who didn't know what 99+1 is. The ES here isn't just bad. It's broken.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 4

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Yep. It's fairly shity.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You can't force people to learn

Fuck yeah it is.... Merica!!!!!!!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

'merica?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's the Daily Show. They cherrypick the worst responses because it's a political comedy show.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Edumacation*. Aint you learned how to spell good at the libarry? Go back to TAXachusetts afore you get kilt, queer.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 8

Yes. But ask people at Hillary's rallies these questions and...wait she doesn't do rallies.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 8

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Wisconsin actually, but you wouldn't be judged if you thought Wisconsin was in the south. I mean have you heard of Scott Walker

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

1/2 It's nothing to do with the system. It's all about reporters being able to spot the dumbasses and only talking to them. Although that

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 7

2/2 seems to be a very easy thing to do at a Trump rally since most people with half a brain can see through his stupidity and rhetoric

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 4

Yes or instead of just spotting dumb asses, walks around doing this for hours & editing works it's magic. Just like all news, it's "spin"

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Bingo! The Daily Show does some great pieces, but they do edit for the sake of comedy. Watch it for headlines, not the whole picture.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I have been, and have friends who have been to these rallies. I can assure you it's not selective media. It's majority.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Ooh ooh I know....edit out all smart ppl make them all look dumb. Just like that fat fuck with the super-size me shit.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

This is why I no longer think democracy is the best way to handle things. I really believe that if the dumbest 30-40 % couldn't vote

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

things would improve considerably. Populism certainly wouldn't work anymore.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I d be surprised if any of the people in this video actually went to college.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There is a lot of human garbage at Trump and Hillary rallies. They both have a lot of morons in their voting base.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They're Trump supporters! They're immune to logic, sense and decency. They're Christians in name only and respect only their point of view

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

Step 3a. Interview a bunch of people, ask open ended questions and show the dumbest answers.

Who the fuck took my last cookie?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You mean exactly what liberals have done in liberal cities? is that why housing is so affordable in San Fran and NY?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 7

History is a cool thing. The more you know!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

"Keep the masses poorly educated" implying there's some higher power in control actively working toward domination rather than incompetency.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Cut funding for education, tax the poorly educated two times with income tax and lottery. Keep wages low and trick poorly educated 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

People into blaming factors that don't connect. Raise ur own wages 9 times more often than min wage. It's easy to do these things with a 2/4

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Poorly educated populace 3/3

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

So that's what the ??????????? stands for

9 years ago | Likes 138 Dislikes 1

Yes. Tell your friends.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Someone gets it

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

OMG! That's it!? This is step 2?everything makes sense now! Fuck 42! This is it!!!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

1. Get a box, 2. Cut a hole in that box 3. Blame 2nd group of poor people, 4.profit

9 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 0

3. Stick your dick in poor people.

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

I usually do.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yes sir, create the problem and then be the solution (except never deliver it). "Snowball has done this."

9 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 0

I refer to this all the time. When someone blames stuff on an imaginary scapegoat, I call it "Snowballing".

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ironically, blaming the government for the ignorance of these people is an example of "snowballing."

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Southern 'white trash' unlike the other groups has been poor for 300 years. The American dream was only theirs from 1945 to 75. 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

2/2 When they get off welfare they hate others still on it. This behavior confused Democrats during the depression. How do we charge this?

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

As a teacher, we are 100% "discouraged" from discussing the election, BLM, & trans-issues 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

... at least I can now support gay marriage openly, since it's legal. 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

The magic here is that he has found away to make poor people yell and scream about the rights of the rich. It's staggering

9 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 1

Some of these people were born poor and achieved a mediocre level of wealth through the efforts of their children.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Agreed, there was this subject politics video where they asked Hillary supporters trump quotes and they all agreed with the trump quotes

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

That is one of the oldest tricks in the book and it means literally nothing. You can get people to like Hitler quotes easily.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

AGREED. YOU WILL FIND DIP SHITS EVERYWHERE.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Yeah, since according to the polls she's got way more people sputtering her overall.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Oh she does, for sure. Just not as many bigoted ones.

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 11

Ehhhhhhhh *citation needs intensify*

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 9

*satisfies your needs* Better educated people lean toward Clinton, less educated, Trump. Trump supporters are also overwhelmingly White.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 9

Just watch any footage, preferably unedited and/or amateur footage, of Trump rallies compared to any other candidate from this election.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm sorry, but both sides are NOT bad in this regard.

9 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 11

Id have to disagree ive seen a video that shows hillary supporters just as stupid as this. Lowest common denominator will be on both sides.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

*equally bad

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 6

You're passing it off like it's nothing. This is a statistically huge portion of voters.

9 years ago | Likes 64 Dislikes 7

Populations are probably a lot more stupid than you anyone could imagine. I mean, brexit, trump, etc. We're just finally hearing from them

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Stats show its about 30%. Maybe less.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

yuge*

9 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 0

actually no. The people at the rally are a tiny proportion of the voters. Trump won by saying SOMETHING that can be taken different ways.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

Exactly. Not every Trump supporter is this dumb. Just like Hillary has supporters that are equally stupid. Stupid is everywhere.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

"Hillary has supporters that are equally stupid", wrong statistically speaking...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was thinking a retirement home over a trailer park.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yup

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yes.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have a theory; diffusion. So if we just keep funneling them smart people to absorb eventually they will all become un-dumb. Eventually.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm just curious who you are voting for.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

To quote Ice Cube "If you don't wanna shake that hood mentality, How the fuck we suppose to change our reality"

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That's just regular Trump supporters.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I mean this many people is already to much but I'm sure he interviewed plenty of people that weren't complete idiots and just didn't show i

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's not a matter of educated, it's a matter of empathy. But I guess the two often go hand in hand.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Education varies state by state, but it's effectiveness is highly reduced on those who don't want to learn. Many don't want to.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If anything I wish I could not give a shit about what people thought of me like these people do.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yes.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, that expensive.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Even educated people can be this stupid. I work with highly qualified, educated nurses who love Trump and are voting for him.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

SAYS WHO?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"There are stupid people in the country, so the education system must be terrible."

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I dunno man. This is not the kind of thing you get educated about. This is just plain basic stupid.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah I get that they're cherry picking for the sake of the show, but like, these people still actually exist...

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

And they each get a vote! And each of their 12 children gets a vote! Yay democracy!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

atleast it was like that when jon steward was running the show..

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's because media hand picks the people they interview to be the most loudmouth obnoxious Trump supporters to get views. It sucks.

hence why everyone should go to a Catholic school run by nuns. they won't put up with anybody's shit attitude.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

i feel that a lot of the problem is too many of the previous generation -did- go to catholic schools run by nuns. too much religion all over

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

It's mostly the parents

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's not that bad. These people just don't keep themselves educated after they leave school

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 3

According to pew research center on the 2012 PISA the US ranked 35th in math and 27th in science out of 64 countries tested.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

It's mostly a poverty issue. If we control for schools with < 20% poverty, the US is elite. We just have way more of it than others.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Source?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Thougg our universities are pretty hood as of 2015 according to the census only about 30% of adults have a college degree. Which means about

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

70% of our voters only have a high school level education and the data indicates that level is horrendous compared to other countries.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Your username XD love it.

9 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 9

God damn it you made me look back up and spit out my coffee

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's a trump rally in Wisonsin IIRC

9 years ago | Likes 61 Dislikes 5

Double whammy!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I live here... unfortunately. Washington county fair grounds

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Same thing. Trumps #1 demographic is uneducated white males.

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 4

Ugh, come on WI. Do better.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 4

Wisconsin hates trump. WI absolutely destroyed him in the repub primaries. Cmon @suretoast, research

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The issue here is that there is a Trump rally at all. Not that WI loves Trump, ya nutters.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If that is the case then why didnt u say "trump supporters" instead of "WI," a state that trump lost by nearly 15 points? Did u misspeak?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh god this is my home state? Noooooo Wisconsin I thought we were better than this... or then again no, because we reelected Scott Walker.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

To be fair, every state has people like this. Just they feel secure in showing their willful ignorance and stupidity since he's speaking.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I know. I've lived all over and sadly no state is immune to ignorant and hate-filled people.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

UGH Scott Walker

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

UGH is right.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I'm just so thrilled it's not in Cleveland, for once! Sorry about your state too though. Ohio understands.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Worst part is, I remember Cruz taking most of the Republican votes in our primaries. Now we're just *stuck* with this asshole.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Glad it's not KY but we have Mitch McConnell which is an embarrassment in and of itself. Elected into office in 1985.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wow! I didn't realize he's been working in KY that long. I loved Jon Stewart's impression of him though!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well, if it is, then the Australian one must be pretty close. We have a party called the One Nation Party, and I can imagine similar rallies

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

Aussie politics is a bit fucked at the moment.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Yeah I live in a place where there was a reclaim Australia rally earlier this year, it always freaked me out but now I'm seeing more of it.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Make Australia white again, like it was in the beginning

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Oh yeah, we've definitely got people who'd get along with hardcore Trump supporters. How did we let Pauline Hanson get into the Senate?!

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Yeah, the entire Rise Up party. And her + 2 others! By having parties like "voteflex.com" scaring morons into voting for 'names they knew'.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My friend calls his redneck aussie friends "boguns" is that a common thing?

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

Very fuckin common with my group of friends!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"Bogans"... there's shows dedicated to them http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2401525/ . They're far too common :/.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Dang it I tried my best with the phonetic spelling haha. oh man

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'll wager a resounding YES

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The education system exists solely to condition our children for life in a capitalist society. Wake early, go somewhere you hate, go home.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 6

Dude you'd think it's a minority but THEY'RE EVERYWHERE!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Parents raise their kids to be like them

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

correct!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As an American, yemp. I mean si. I mean yes.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is how I see all of America thanks to the internet and movies

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Most of us in our nice little suburbs and cities don't realize that alot of america is a nicer version of a third world country.

9 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 10

nicer?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Not exactly. We just very vocal idiots.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Everyone should do the great American road trip. There is such a range of experiences - but there are some 3rd world like conditions

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Is that mostly in the areas that lost the civil war?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

America, on average, looks third world to me..and I'm an Australian/Canadian.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

I'm from Finland and I have similar sentiments.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

My favorite is the motherfucker that killed himself through a houses brick wall, they hung a confederate flag on his memorial. In Ida.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If it wasn't also next to a telephone pole I wanted to burn that memorial down. The idiot didn't deserve it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You can be "country" and not south of the mason Dixon line. Any rural area, large farm community. The confederate flag flying is stupid tho

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Michigan hillbillys have no heritage or culture to speak of so they glom onto whatever sounds cool at the time like teenagers

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

Die toten hosen! I know that's off topic, but die toten hosen!

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Having a trailer does not equal right wing redneckism. But people leaning right are often the poorer ones.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 4

Uh. You might check some stats on that.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

I've had friends in a trailer park, it's true they're not all stupid. Some of them are just in a rut of bad luck.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've been to really nice upscale trailer parks, I've also been to ones that match the stereotype

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0
