what's this small, feeble pulse I feel? omg. faith. it's my faith in humanity fluttering back into being. <3 thanks for sharing.

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I have purchased from this this company. Mohammed is amazing, what you've read above is how they run their company. Awesome company!

11 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Fucking feels man... The feels

11 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 1

Sitting at a bar, drinking beer, and now fighting tears. Thanks a lot, Imgur.

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

As a business owner, this is how you should treat your clients, not out for good PR but because you have to have some compassion.

11 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

That guy... I like him. I love businesses like theirs as well.

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Stupid dust in my eyes... no, I'm fine.

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I am a grown ass man, I dont need to be tearing up about this shit ok guys, fuck....

11 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

I am as grown ass as the come and the first one to cry when watching a movie. You are amongst friends.

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Frigging Muslims, huh? Amiright? (We need a sarcasm font on imgur)

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Having lost 3 children, there is no pain that can compare. We'll be looking this company up for our baby on the way. +1 for kindness

11 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

I agree. You don't know pain unless you have to say goodbye to an unfulfilled life of dreams, aspirations and hope. Good luck!!

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Whatever that company's name is... it's now an antonym for Comcast.

11 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Our company has help in its name: Lil Helper Cloth Diapers!

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Mohammed , you are amazing kind hearted businessman , very rarely seen now a days . God bless you and your company

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I know this will surprise a lot of people, but most companies actually LIKE their customers.

11 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

You're playing fast and loose with the word most. Small companies may care about the customer but for most its all about the cash. 1/

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Except the ones, that have communication as their business, as far as I can say.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

2/ As it should be. The point of a business is to make money

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Unless you're a bank. Banks see you as toilet paper. The cheap sort.

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Awe man...and here I thought I was 2-ply ;( My life is a sham!

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This may be the most positive thing I've seen yet this year. *tears*

11 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 1

That means so much to me! Thank you stranger!!

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

There is always one post that makes us log in, today, this was it. I have a friend who lost her angelbaby, tears are streaming.

11 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 1

Thank you for the comment. Made my day to know that it could help you.

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Okay, but pink and purple diapers are fine for boys too, right?

11 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 3

Yeah its just easier to broadcast the babies gender in color schemes tho otherwise people will frequently ask if its a girl/boy

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think so! It would save them from having to buy more and their boy would be fabulous.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I've never seen diapers like that.

11 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 1

They're cloth diapers, not disposable ones. That's probably what's confusing.

11 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

They are a lot more popular now. I use them on both my kids. Saved thousands of dollars

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Modern cloth nappies mate. They're a world away from the old terry-toweling jobs.

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Cloth diapers usually have a cover and then the cloth part fits inside. These look like it's an all-in-one type deal.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Me and my business partner, both aerospace engineers have designed these diapers. Have a look at our website: www.lilhelperdiapers.com

11 years ago | Likes 69 Dislikes 3

I'm totally buying diapers from you guys soon! Do you ever work with bloggers?

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Tell me about the engineering of these diapers. I seriously want to know (I'm an engineer).

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Eyy Ryerson! Seriously though, what makes aerospace engineers want to design diapers? You should do an AMA, I think people would like it!

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

The best marketing you can do is through these wonderful actions :) thank you.

11 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Didn't need to cry this morning before a meeting...

11 years ago | Likes 57 Dislikes 0

When I first started reading that I thought I was going to have to get offended. Glad it ended up so well.

11 years ago | Likes 1491 Dislikes 3

I was preparing my jimmies for

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I thought it was going to turn out that she was bullshitting. I was pleasantly surprised.

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

I'm offended

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yeah, poor choice of words, I guess.

11 years ago | Likes 71 Dislikes 1

I even put on my angry pants in preparation to get angry

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

After being treated like shit by the the average company, this makes me still have hope for human hearts behind businesses. If I ever (1/2)

11 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

Have kids I'll keep this company in mind. Bless you. (2/2)

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

There is only 1 rule at Lil Helper: treat everyone like you would like to be treated. Everything else follows organically.

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

These things really matter! I'll be sharing this story about this company.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Thank you very much! The only kind of advertising we can afford is word of mouth. We are bootstrapped and survive on WOM.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

As a father who has lost a child 7 months into a pregnancy, this makes me so happy to see that people understand what we endure afterwards

11 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I too lost my son at 30 weeks. This truly was an awful part. Trying to explain to potential buyers that they were new and unused. It broke me

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm awfully sorry for your loss. I feel sometimes people don't understand the seriousness of losing a child mid term, compared to post birth

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I know. The amount of people whi would dismiss it as "oh I had a miscarriage too" was heart breaking. No. No. NOT a miscarriage

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You don't go through labour with a miscarriage. You don't bury a miscarriage. It is very different. I know I've had two miscarriages too

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Be nice to your customers, simple but one of the most effective marketing strategies imo. +1 for good guy corp.

11 years ago | Likes 2564 Dislikes 4

works with girls tooo

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My friend's website's pay system screwed up on a customer. He stayed with him for hours figuring out a way for it to pass. frequent customer

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's kinda funny. I agree with this sentiment 100% however, providing this type of service got me fired.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It's more a case of just giving people what they want. Bezos got it absolutely right with Amazon.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

tbh, I really feel like this shouldn't be views as a marketing strategy rather (as Mohammed says) a family helping a family.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

As much as I wholeheartedly agree and follow this sentiment, having a quality product or service to back with love is pretty important, too.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Be a dick, get a lot of money, but never see them again. Be nice, get more money cause they come back.

11 years ago | Likes 45 Dislikes 0

Yep. Which is why my fight for my overpayment refund with Time Warner Cable was pointless.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Monopolies don't care if you're satisfied, you don't have a choice.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

This is 10 miles BEYOND being nice to their customers. Holy cow...

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Works almost always. 60/40. Jerks are gonna be jerks thou. But for the one lady or man who treats me like family. YOU GET DISCOUNTS

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Completely unrelated to the post, but this is exactly why Fujitsu is the best laptop brand. Their customer service is fucking incredible.

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

And no, I don't work for Fujitsu.

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Seems an awful lot like something a Fujitsu employee would say *leans in with suspicious eyebrows*

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Hah hah very funny.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

or have a product that people are too stupid to know they are getting ripped and throw money at it anyway. Sure i'll pre-sale! Thanks EA.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

the avg customer tells 8-10 ppl about bad service, only 1 person about good service Acquiring a new customer costs 5x retaining 1.

11 years ago | Likes 218 Dislikes 0

If I find good merchants I always spread the word to my close friends. Not to everybody because they'll overrun and ruin the place.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And this is another reason why I try to call both an immediate manager and corporate when I encounter amazing employees.

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

so yeah, you're dead on

11 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 1

This customer told 114k people about good service so far, probably outnumbers any bad that small company will ever have.

11 years ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 1

for sure. average customer isn't a viral interaction though, so best practice is to be nice to everyone

11 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

And don't forget that being bad can also go viral. Oh boy are you going to be in the shitter for that.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I read that in John Taffers voice

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Which is why they donated $40 instead of the full retail price. Just sayin'.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 4

They refunded everything they were trying to sell entirely and donated the $40 to another child in her memory.

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Ah, that clarifies it. I admit I didn't read all of it, it was quite substantial.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Not to mention the cost of marketing to actually acquire the new customer.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It blows my mind that business has evolved away from this. Why is it so rare? Why can't people just help people even when money is involved?

11 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

I suspect it's because the larger you are, the more likely you will have "customers" abusing your kindness. Some people really suck.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They actually teach this kind of attitude in marketing classes nowadays. Well, they teach you the other kind of attitudes too...

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Evolved away? At large scale businesses were never really at a stage where they cared too much about customers anyway.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Idk I've had pretty good dealings with Blizzard whenever I've needed their help. They've even given some free stuff from time to time.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Of course it's highly dependent on the company, but overall large businesses were never pretty.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well once you establish a monopoly you don't need to give fucks, and after a certain amount of customers statistics become more important. 1

11 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 1

Sort of twistedly funny that giant corporations are considered people by the courts in the US and then they treat people as numbers.

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Well ultimately they're just numbers to the government too, just like us. Easier to please though, since each contribute more individually.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2/2 You can see the second thing clearly with youtube, A large channel losing some subscribers wont care if it gets more new ones.

11 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

You usually only see this from small companies - speaking of which I'm about to launch one and I'll be giving away Raspberry Pis w/ cases :)

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

As with many things, smaller groups of people tend to work better for the individual. Also, cool!

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A company doing what? I'm not just asking because I want a Raspberry Pi...

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Details, please. I like tech companies, particularly DIY caterers!

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I would like a Raspberry pi. Thanks.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Me and a friend have been meaning to buy raspberry pis! What will your company do? :)

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

"I am offended" Oh boy. *Reads further on* Oh.

11 years ago | Likes 2648 Dislikes 0

Is it just me or did the mans language have a pretty passive aggressive/slightly controlling undertone?

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 28

He's arab...of course it's passive/aggressive. Upvote to you sir for speaking your opinion on amongst these biased assclowns.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 7

I mean this guy did a GREAT thing in refunding the money and being supportive. I just thought it seemed a little passive aggressive that (1)

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

he was like YOU MUST KEEP THESE. Good on him for refunding them, but she can still do what she wants with her diapers.. lol

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My reaction exactly. I was honestly debating getting some popcorn.

11 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 0

First good kind of "offended" I've heard

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Me too...I was like, "here we go again".

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

your name is fantastic, have you two imgur-met yet?

11 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

No. I might message him to see what he thinks, but we don't know each other.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

you should! it'll be like a fake-family reunion and it will be awesome

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm going to post the result.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No your name is fantastic

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I'm with the marketing rep on the message, not so much on the language used.

11 years ago | Likes 300 Dislikes 2

Probably not a marketing rep. Most of these diaper companies are like 2-3 person operations.

11 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Yup. I thought he was going to start (metaphorically) shitting on the would-be mom's post.

11 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 0

I am thinking maybe English is his 2nd language, because that word (based on the definition, not the typical context) seems a logical choice

11 years ago | Likes 156 Dislikes 0

I was thinking the same thing. ESL++

11 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

The Arabic connotation of the word (mustaha) is more like “dissatisfied” or “not content”.

11 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 0

I believe you, but maybe he speaks a different language! Can't necessarily tell what language someone speaks based on their name.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

You live up to your name.

11 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

That’s actually a fine compliment, thank you. :)

11 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

For sale: baby shoes, never worn.

11 years ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 7

BECAUSE THE BABY WAS BORN TOO BIG FOR THEM, RIGHT?

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Plot twist: baby's feet were just too big.

11 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Ha. I actually had that happen with my son.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Babies grow out of shoes so fast. I find it dumb that people buy expensive brands for babies, they will out grow those nikes in a few weeks

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nike: "Fuck off!"

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The most terrifying story ever written. :(

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

hemingway!!! this is what I thought of immediately!

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

tl;dr

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

irl plot twist: selling girl's shoes cos they got a boy!

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Okay, who's cutting onions?

11 years ago | Likes 685 Dislikes 6

Not me. I've been too busy crying.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Happy onions are best onions!

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I need a shot of some whiskey and a jalapeno.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

You realize that's only going to make more tears, right?

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I don't know, I put on some ski goggles and it's not helping!

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Come to imgur. It'll be fun they said... *sobbing*

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Good Guy Mohammed.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Why are there tears in my beard....

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

But they are man tears, it's ok.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

carrots

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Might not be onions. It could be the acrid cloud of cayenne pepper dust that was whipped up by the kitchen fan.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I just finished making burritos, did you want one?

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

right?!!

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

this Mohammed guy

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They need to stop!

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I have a question. How come stories like these hardly touch me, but when i see these "justgirlythings" pictures with the old vet 1/2

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

sitting alone at the reunion of his comrades, i go full waterfall? Am i weird? 2/2

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yeah idk this one really didn't move me much either. Maybe it's due to being Austrian lol, we have that in common.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you ever wanna feel sad just imagine a depressed onion cutting itself

11 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

I fucking needed that. Got me outta the feelchair and back on my feets.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

D:

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

BRUH

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No shit and I'm at work. I had to stop reading halfway through.

11 years ago | Likes 43 Dislikes 1

Exactly what I just went through....'Oh, did I hear the fax machine in the back of the room beep? I'll brb'

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It's... it's those damn ninjas again. *sniff*

11 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

So. Many. Onions.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I was not expecting this at all - I kept waiting for it to turn offensive or cringeworthy. The tears are everywhere.

11 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

Indeed, my beard is soaking wet and I made some very unmanly sounds.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sorry for disappointing. The only tears our customers experience are of joy. We will do anything to make our clients smile.

11 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

You stop being so nice!

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Wouldn't expect less from someone named "Mohammed Gandhi". Would only expect more from "Mohammed Gandhi Jesus Batman"

11 years ago | Likes 502 Dislikes 1

From tears to laughs...thanks @Boudz

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

*Bird Jesus

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well said, sir, well said, indeed.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Looked up the website (yea, i save stuff like this for when i have a kid. i'm a dork) and he's actually the founder of the company.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Gandhi's a fairly common surname.

11 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Combined Muslim first name and Hindu surname probably not very common.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

India's got the largest Muslim population of any non-Muslim country.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And... The Muslim/Hindu groups often have a bit of bad blood between them. Chances are he's from a converted family.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

exactly... like naming someone 'judas christian" ... or 'Adolf Goldsmith" its not impossible... just highly improbable.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

True, but that name is very unusual.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think I found my firstborn's name. Now to impregnate somebody...

11 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

That's the spirit buddy, now go forth and conquer!

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

that's the hard part buddy...good luck :D

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!!!

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Mohammed Gandhi Jesus Batman Stark has a nice ring to it.

11 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 0

A peaceful, holy, crime fighting billionare with a huge ego?

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Tony or Ned?

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I've gotta go with Tony.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Ned all the way.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is enough to make me willing to wash diapers

11 years ago | Likes 154 Dislikes 1

They are ez. An extra load of laundry every 2-3 days. No shitty diapers sitting around stinking up your house until trash day. $ saved

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

As a side note for breastfeeding moms- get the washable nursing pads, so much better for you and cheaper in the long run.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Haha, I have two boys and no way. I would totally buy these diapers to support the company, but then never use them.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

why cant you use cloth with boys?

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's really not that bad of a process as long as you take care of the diapers. It's also great for the environment and the baby, too!

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I have 4 month & I'm doing cloth & I fucking LOVE it!! Disposables are a crap way of keeping the crap in--they will make you lose your crap.

Serious question, where do you wash them? Do you just wash poopy diapers in the kitchen sink or throw them in the washing machine. 1/

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2/ If so does poopy diapers mess up the washing machine over time?

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you recycle your bottles, cans and papers. There is no reason why you couldn't do this, disposable ones are pretty dreadful on landfill.

11 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 0

My bottles, cans and papers aren't filled with poop. Smells are about the only thing make me gag.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But there is just so much more poop handling. As a parent of a baby I try to minimize that as much as possible

11 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

There's really not. I use cloth, mostly I just roll it off into the loo. 100 times better than having a bin of turds. Plus no poosplosions

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm the oldest of three and studying to be an ecotoxicologist. Cloth diapers = better for the environment, but...so much poop. I hate poop

11 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

properly fitting cloth diapers usually have less poop handling than disposables, which have more blow outs. I CD'd 4 kids from birth

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

There are biodegradable liners available wich you can flush, so very little poop handling is necessary!

11 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

using "biodegradable" it means it decompose in less years than a regular one but the problem to landfill remains. Cloth diapers are better

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

You're right, but liners in cloth diapers are still better for the environment than disposable diapers.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I get that, i've had to change 1 diaper, my godson's. And was just like "how the HELL have you got crap all up your back?*oh barf*"

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

That tends to be a problem linked to disposables, cloth ones seem to contain much better!

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

As a nanny whose tiniest charge uses cloth diapers, it isn't that bad if you have good ones. You learn proper poop-handling technique fast.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

You are gonna wash poop anyway because disposables blow out all over their cloths. Cloth does not

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

As a dad who's wife decided to do this, it's pretty smart stuff. Aside from environment yada yada it actually saves a lot of money.

11 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

And you can sell your used diapers and make money back!

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

... but there all covered in poop

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

now that our guy is on solids, the poop often can be just tipped out and into the toilet. (& breast milk poops wash away)

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Run a load of diapers then run a load of whites with bleach. It will kill any microorganisms that may linger.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Let me tell you something. This is true. They make cloth pads similar to this. For ladies' periods. Reusable, washable pads.

11 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I use them. Softer more comfortable no irritation. My periods are lighter and I have no more cramping.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

what are they called??

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

One Brand is Luna Pads, and I know of at least one woman that prefers them over all the other things she’s tried: http://lunapads.com

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

momma cloth!

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How can that be? I don't get how you have ligter periods and no cramps just by using this

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I get nasty cramps from the chemicals in them. I switched to the cup and don't get them any more.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

happened to a lot of woman. I know someone whos periods were so heavy she needed a hysterectomy, she was saved by a menstrual cup. 2

The chemicals in disposable pads make your periods worse than that have to be. I don't know that much just for me and many people its 1

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

People used to do this all the time. It's way cheaper than buying pads every month. Like reusable diapers, you give up convenience for it.

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Give up convenience? Maybe I guess. The trade off is lighter periods and less cramping and no irritation though so I don't see it that way

How does it give you ligther periods?

hospital gave me disposables. when i got home i switched to cloth and the pain and irritation from my stitches reduced a ton! i know a 2

What does homemade pads have to do with any of that?

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

the chemicals in disposable pads make your periods worse than they have to be and they are plastic like diapers so some people get irritated

Wow, feels like this in usersub. I hope this is true. I plan on going to buy LilHelper stuff for my baby girl right now.

This is true. I posted for a prospective client who was wondering what makes us different. I submitted this by accident. 1st post ever.

I think you just brought in a lot of business. I'm not married yet, but someday when i do have kids, I'll be contacting all y'alls.

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I've never heard of Lil Helper! Next time I order some fluff, I'll have to give y'all a shot. Nothing quite like a company that cares.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I'm really just so happy to see CDs making a comeback. My mom used them (not nearly as hi-tech as these!) on all four of her kids and we 1/

Shouldn't matter what color a diaper is, boys can shit in pink just as easily as blue.

11 years ago | Likes 128 Dislikes 6

The color difference isn't for the baby its so people can easily tell if its a boy or girl without asking. Trust me it gets old fast

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think in this case the pink diapers would be a constant reminder of the lost girl. Good idea to start fresh.

11 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 1

Babies will shit on literally anything, no matter the colour.

11 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

Have two week old. Can confirm.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I was thinking the same thing... It's a baby for fuck sake, it will poo regardless.

11 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Heres a mindfuck: Early 1900's pink was a boys color because it was too 'hot' a color for girls.

11 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 2

It was seen as diluted blood color. Their pink was more of salmon pink though, but it's still diluted red hues.

11 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Weird. As with a lot of concepts back then as viewed from todays perspective.

High heels were originally worn by dudes too.

11 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

Yeah, I recently read that one. Social fads do strange things over time.

Prince is more old school than we all know.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Sheeeeeeeeit, Prince is eternal.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Purses were originally for men too. It was kinda more of a fanny pack tho.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Why dis you get downvoted for that?

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have no idea why Imgurians downvote. Got downvoted to hell for asking why hang out half naked in fast food bathroom and take selfies.

My son has a pink diaper that has a dinosaur tail on it. He rocks it

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I am so against gender colour specific clothes. My children will wear all the colours!

11 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 5

My wife keeps our son in mostly blue just because it's her favorite color. People talk the gneder specific shit all the time.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

wearing pink or not until their old enough to not wear diapers anymore.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

*they're

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

For babies though its easier to wear those colors so others can tell your childs gender easily. Their babies they dont give a shit about 1/2

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

why would others need to tell my babies gender easily?

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

It makes it easier to interact so you aren't constantly being asked if its a boy or a girl. Its a small thing, but it makes a difference

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Because a lot of people get offended when you say "aww look at him" when its a girl. With some babies its hard to tell early on

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And it makes it easier for others to say oh "shes/hes so cute" and you wont have to correct them bc the color shows that its a boy/girl

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I respect that you value how others react to you in public but I don't. Its not a big deal to me. Thanks for your advice :)
