I did cloak, charge, infinity shot gun. I also had flame thrower for armor. I did do some switches for the ANNIHILATION or turbocharged

It's the Cryo Condenser augment, I think found under Heleus research. Also works for firearms, though doesn't actually freeze them sadly.
