This is the CatCopter
A few years ago, Dutch artist Bart Jansen's cat "Orville" (named after aircraft pioneer Orville Wright) was killed by a car. He wanted to let Orville's memory live on, so his beloved cat was taken to a taxidermist for preparation, and subsequently transformed into the working quadcopter you see here.
