That's a Locust tree with 2 inch spikes that end up on the trail. Tubeless MTB tires have sealant in them to reseal punctures.
Tubeless bike tires have no tubes, and sealant that will reseal punctures really fast.

The previous owner gutted the entire mechanical room and rebuilt everything including the floor heat system. Poorly. The only thing left were the pipes in the concrete.

Partial building collapse, one resident lost a leg, 3 still missing. Built in 1907 and barely maintained, they were doing structural work when it collapsed 5pm Sunday before memorial day. Davenport is on the Mississippi River and interstate 80 part of the quad cities with a half million in population in metro areas including Bettendorf Iowa, Rock island and Moline Illinois.
