I like to make things. I post some of them here.

Thanks!

I must admit I do not understand this comment.

I do type by touch, and good thing too. My placement of the letters on the keys is not great. I wanted subtle. It is too subtle.

I already have. Probably will again.

Thanks! Tried to hypervote your comment, but apparently that doesn’t work.

Love me a scotch egg. Nice work!

That doesn’t happen to be Usery, does it?

Looks great! For your next project though, Imgur rule is to post the finished product first. Nice job!

Gluing and flattening all the rings is the lengthy bit, probably 4 hours of work. Maybe 6 total, but I managed to spread it out for a month.

Sounds (or smells) like canarywood to me then. The colors are in the right area and the grain looks like it, but the smell seals the deal.

Hard to be certain with just pics, but it looks like canarywood to me. Does it have a almost cinnamon spicy smell?

I have had a whole 10” tall bowl come off my shopsmith and hit me in the head. Glad no one was but there! Nasty bit stuck in the roof.

Hand tool rescue on YouTube fully restored one of these.

They look great!

Not at all! I really liked the sound of yours, will have to try it!

And 4 clove studded oranges, baked at 350 for 70-80 mins and juiced into the simmering concoction. Wonderful! Yours sounds awesome!

I just made some, using Charles Dickens recipe! A bottle each of Bordeaux, and Ruby Port, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, brown sugar (1/2)

Been there done that. I got lucky too. Just shaved a bit off mine, didn’t get stitches, but it was pretty grody.

Nice work. Pine or fir?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes, it does. If you scroll through some of the comments here, someone posted a ship from the IBC, but their interpretation is incorrect.

Redheart is nice, I thought I was allergic to it for a bit, I was doing a bunch of exotics at the same time. Turned out to be the lacewood.

I have a second, they were both on the same tree. Don’t know what to do with it yet.
