I turn 40 in exactly a week! Happy Birthday fellow October baby! I have been trying to purchase a bottle of Blantons for months, and it is impossible to find. Super envious! Enjoy it. Have a sip for me. <3

My parenting style was/is to teach that there is a time and a place for certain actions and behaviors. I tell my kids that certain actions are ok for home but not ok in certain public places. It teaches self control and an understanding of consideration for others while still not shaming their need to be weird. Being weird is fun and awesome, but at places like jobs/restaurants/funerals, those actions have negative consequences that you need to accept as part of the price for it. Choose wisely.

You are completely right. Now, all that kitty needs is time to figure out the environment. Also, some love and encouragement while in that process. Kitty will get there. Extra love and kindness does wonders for development and confidence. All my best little Bengal Baby! ♥️

Find an Endocrinologist. They specialize in diabetes, general practitioners do not understand diabetes like the specialists do.

It is valid to want your moms support, that is what moms are supposed to do. It's not your fault she is unable to do so. I AM PROUD OF YOU.

How do you get the root ball out of the tiny opening in the glass when it is time to transplant? Genuinely curious.

That is where I am now, I think. I am currently in the "facing your shit" phase of therapy. But I do see positives come from the process.

37 yo Female. My blow ups are rare now, because I have been working at this for over 10 years. But when it does happen I feel like a failure

I'm sorry to hear that. Apologizing is the first move towards self awareness 0

Exactly. It took me years to figure it out. Being trained to obey and follow orders makes your needs seem unimportant and even selfish.

I definitely will. Thank you
