I think most streaming/download programs are just too overwhelming. Having a physical copy seems more tangible and easier to manage I guess.
A few years back my sisters and I happened to walk into that one... no customers, only one person on staff... it was eerie to say the least.
Sandy has a lot of retirees as I recall- might've held on that way. My gparents only recently discovered Redbox and Netflix is lost on them.
