Uhh so I put stuff here right? I'm writing a book, I'm a new dad, (feb 2017) and I like video games....that enough?

What you're seeing is gas expansion from rocket engines exhaust. It's high up enough it's catching sunlight and it's also really hot.
Yes, what you're seeing is the expanding gasses from the exhaust of the 1st stage (gap is time lapse before 2nd stage) and then 2nd stage.
Difference is, when @op puts it on, he can't hit anything anymore.
Not everyone can tell it was fake tho. People in my social media were freakin out about it at first. Sad since it IS pretty obvious.

He came home with just the pin sites (pic above) and the turning portion was removed. His was so severe they had to be very careful
So they did all the turning in the NICU so I don't know :/ Small world!
That's the plan...gotta make sure his best friends name is Shepard and he should be okay.
