Andrew Millison, a professor in permaculture design and landscape architecture at the University of Oregon made some amazing vids with the help of the UN World Food Programme, documenting the progress over the last 7 years. I dig the look layout/design (that's original). Legal headaches down the road are best avoided up front through.
It'd be best to get written permission, license the image in writing from the artist, or create a custom logo to avoid any complications 2/2
Word of warning: if you plan on turning commercial you might want to rethink the logo. The lion wallpaper you used is some artist's ip 1/2
