I've got a good group of friends who've gone sober in London, and im bloody stubborn, so I'm doing alright.
Waking up and not hating yourself is a pretty underrated thing.

No, I was still always on time and properly dressed at work, and i just realised I was a 'functioning alcoholic'

I took a week off work and went fishing. Getting out of my zone of influence is what made it easy. It sucked. But I did it.
If I had one, i'd have 10. If I had none I'd be fine. And one came very easily.

I weirdly haven't found the alcohol bit tough, its the realising i have to lose friend's whose lives revolve around it i've found hard.
