A good burger is 20% fat, bun is full of carbs. It's not particularly high in protein compared to chicken, turkey, lean pork, tuna etc.
I wouldn't be surprised if she can eat more. She probably burns a ton of calories. Granted it'd be super unhealthy.

I still think it's expensive for Thailand. Normal price for vodka there but you can get a big bottle of 5% beer(600ml) for half the price.
I mean, yeah, it could be better but it won't be 60 unless you're pro probably. 30-40's more likely.
