Admitting when you are wrong and willing to work on your mistakes. Not letting your pride get in the way of building the relationship.
And subsequently, I would have lost my home if the extra benefits did not happen. That is a problem.
The cap is the problem. I worked for 20+ years, have assets, property, etc and when I lost my job the UEC was 1/4 of what I paid into it.
It's mostly choice, partly economics.
It should be based on prior earnings. Then it would scale appropriately and not like what is going on right now.

Facebook is painful, but it works. I have struggled finding an alternate to ebay and etsy.

Do not be afraid to get a lawyer. You need to expedite this and they will do everything they can to drag it out.
You have a right to review all docs leading up to a decision. If they cannot prove a doctor made the call they have to reverse it.
