She's not speaking about individual assholes. She's speaking about an entire system set up to treat women like 2nd class citizens in the work place. Sure I'm glad Glenn next to me is nice and has never hurt a woman. But Glenn being nice isn't going to change the fact that I'm severely underpaid and treated as incompetent by the company I work for. And no amount of Glenn's in the past century have made it completely easier for women to climb up the ladder since they've been allowed to work.
