Funny, I saw this exact thing like 5 years ago.
I know he's opening up protected wetlands for development...of some sort. Because building on a swamp always works out for those involved.
Unfortunately, in WI, lottery funds tend to offset tax breaks for companies instead going towards any sort of public resource.
This is literally the only reason I want to own a home.
