Sadly it looks like "sheepadoodle" aka everythings mixed with a poodle these days.
I adopted Dachshund twin brothers as puppies and at 12 years old, i lost one last year. Oscar is okay, but just twice as clingy .
Just a tip - introduce them to stuffed animals or something to cuddle with so when the unfortunate loss of one happens, the other can cope

Also, the filming of it for comical reasons suggests this is hardly a medical groom, but just a silly choice. Medical grooms aren't funny.

He is chained to a wall outside and has matted undercoat on its hips, its probably just filthy and matted.
