Called this before hovering. Besides, it's ABC news -- can't possibly be that bad.

Oh, and if it's easier access, the Czech Republic might be a place you can go to shoot as well. They have a liberal gun culture there.

Not difficult if you visit!

That is pure evil. It's encouraging school murders!

Risk is not even in the same friend-ruining *universe* as Diplomacy. None of these games are.

Sure, see other comment. I meant legal resident -- it is still true that it does not require citizenship.

Apologies -- of course I mean you have to be a legal resident, but you do not need citizenship status. I know Canadians who carry down here.

There are many more gun-friendly states than Texas. Texas only just got open carry, way behind most of the country. Try a CC state.

You don't have to be a citizen to own or carry firearms in the US. You just have to be legal.

I thought imgur knew what an "assault weapon" was by now with all the posts about it... holding down the trigger will only fire 1 round.

As an anarchist, we should be friends.

Guess it's just nice to see at least one person not furiously jerking off their neighbors in all this.

I was so confused for about 10 seconds as I re-read the sentence, trying to make sense of it. Then it hit me.

Plus, I believe this is in Edmonton(?)

I AM THE SCALES OF JUSTICE!

I'm sorry, that's an insult to children. My 11-year-old brother knows better than that. But apparently some full-grown adults don't.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I mean I just don't get it -- treating a gun like a toy, POINTING IT AT PEOPLE? How do these children get the idea that's EVER OKAY!?

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As someone who's into guns as a hobby, I am continually stunned at *just how retarded* some noobs act with them. WTF, GUN SAFETY RULE 2...

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

something for them. Seems like people are just confused. They just want universal healthcare -- but that shouldn't make it a *right*. 4/4

I fail to see how anyone would ultimately believe they have a positive RIGHT to force another to spend their time and talent to do 3/?

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In the end, Paul's assertion is correct. If you have a real *right* to someone else's actions, time, and labor, you own them. 2/?

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There's no such thing as positive rights. I don't think people who just want everyone to have something know what a "right" actually is.

The proper way to make a guns/murder correlation is to compare the same area to itself over a historic period of time. I'm with you on this.

Most women to whom I give guns seem to have a great time!

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same. The worst mass murder events outside of 9/11 in the nation were bombs, and from widely available material. Not much to prevent that...
