That's why I said healthier and not the healthiest option of all time. Don't believe that what you get at McD's is healthy, even the salads.
Think of the nutritive content as opposed to just calories. Chipotle you have the option of vegetables instead of just red meat and carbs.
Healthier than McDonald's, Taco Bell, the average fast food place. Less covered in grease.

Having lived and driven in both places, I agree-but I'm sure you're aware of India's overpopulation problems and lack of traffic enforcement
Have you been to both countries? India's lack of infrastructure and massive overpopulation makes it easily much, much worse.
