Keeping in mind that the state of global humanity will likely trail along not too far behind us. If we manage to build a little utopia somewhere, it'll turn to shit in no time. As a species, we need to get a little more wisdom before venturing out, I suspect.

One cannot know everything about a system they're a part of the limitations of. Inferences and hypotheses may be made, but information which remains physically unverifiable becomes unreliable. We must escape the system to know it, whatever it be made of at a fundamental level.

I'm doubtful humanity is built to work together. Tribalism is our weakness. Paths of solitude instead appear to be historically successful.

The U.S. is a prime example, though not the only one.
