How is that even legal?!?!
I know it’s not that easy for some. But I hear a lot of people complain that travel is expensive while they are living beyond their means.
Fair dues. I had student loan payments as well. I focused on paying them off before I bought stuff I didn’t need. /1
It’s about priorities. My friends always say I’m lucky but really I don’t spend money on crap so I have money to do things instead.
My dream man will be my house husband.
Also a lot of these are not unique to Japan but Japan gets all the credit.
Just to read. Books or audiobooks. No one knows everything. guns, germs and steel is a good general history book.

When I lived in Kuwait and we would go to any country that you could drink in we always went nuts at duty free. We would do this.
How has no one mentioned how adorable that child is!?!
Also read books written by people from other cultures. Affordable for anyone and gives you new perspectives.

I’m all about preserving history and my heart breaks when it’s destroyed. But is is worth a mans life?
If it’s happening a lot I dig deeper obviously. But if it’s a one off I let it slide - it’s VERY rarely a problem where and who I teach.
As a teacher if a kid is falling asleep like that I let them sleep. Never announce it, but if others notice I tell them to leave them alone.
Assuming this is still something that will still affect her in school.
Don't be afraid of labels - they help us know how to help students. Get the assessments! She lucky to have you.
I'm a teacher. Keep in contact with her teachers regularly and let them know early what needs to be done to help her. /1
I stopped giving my students length. Just a list of what needs to be included. Their writing skills got way better.
Same! And the polar bear was the saddest creature I've seen. It's the last "zoo" I ever went to.

Khanacademy is your friend! Great lessons that will help you fill any gaps in knowledge you have.
