Funny enough, The Guard isn't written by the same guy. Martin McDonagh wrote In Bruges. His brother John was the one that wrote The Guard
And we don't spell it with a zero as a second O

I work in theatre, but also work in a family business. When anyone says "lets take 5" in a meeting I automatically say "Thank you 5"

Ask questions like "Why?" "To what end?" "whats the goal of that?" because normally they can't answer and it makes them think in a new way.
