Wife and I have never celebrated Valentine's.
My wife had major iron deficiency problems. Ended up cysts on her ovaries and was bleeding a lot for many years during her periods. She had a hysterectomy last summer and everything is on the ups since that. Of course I had a bad vasectomy and ended up with PVPS that lasted with pain for around 5 years I kinda wish we caught her cysts like 5 years earlier
