My Danes hate carrots but always beg for them, spit them out, try to eat again, spit out, etc. etc.
That is the cutest dog! What breed? (asking bc I have a barbell & she looks a lot like your dog!)

We use the dog ice cream to distract him during nail trimming time, he would have been suspicious, ha ha
I kept having to remind myself it was a dog cake because it looked so good - peanut butter and apple cake w cream cheese frosting
If giant dog years are different from small dog years as they say, he's probably 80 in dogs years!
I have an always pathetic sad looking dog too. I know it's just a trick for more treats/attention!!

I rewatched that version of Jack and the Bean Stalk recently and somehow it's even more bizarre than I remember...
didn't see that until an adult so I didn't put it on the list! I have a feeling it would've been pretty traumatizing to me back then, ha ha.
OH GOD I want to give that puppy all the love.
I don't know how her boyfriend stands doing so much work and getting zero credit
