There's a joke among us that when someone does something wrong we say "Hello QASA?" as a joke because we all hate QASA.
QASA is short for "Quality Assurance Standards Audit" they come in and inpect to make sure we are doing everything right.
At Starbucks we see a lot of dogs in the drivethru and we can give them water and a puppy cup but we aren't alowed to pet them.
