Hi @op. Former 440lb guy, now sitting healthy at 220-230. Don't treat it like a crash diet. Your lifestyle needs an overhaul. Find good, healthy foods that you enjoy eating and stop eating fast food, chips, soda, and deep fried foods. Find healthy and enjoyable replacements for your worst offenders. If you like burgers, try it without the bun. You need something sustainable that you can stick with, not a diet that will get you to X weight by Y date. A healthy body is the goal, not scale weight.
