My conspiracy theory (and I'm sticking to it) is Trump and Rubio want a monopoly on the cocaine trafficking. Then "Venezuela" starts to make more sense.
I can remember the late 1970s looking up towards Long Beach from Costa Mesa and it being LOTS blacker. But this is pretty bad for San Diego and seems worse than the "official" AQI at the moment.
