It's a matter of perspective. If you sprinkle sand in a water bucket, do you say that the sand got wet, or that the water got sand in it?
There's also a big difference between the temperature going down to 50 in the fall and coming back up to 50 in the spring.
This is why, by the time you get to advanced maths, you start expressing these expressions as complex fractions to eliminate the ambiguity.
Assuming this is a wall hanging, it depends on the colors in the rest of the room.
But only if the bun is separated. If it joins at one side than a hot dog is a taco.
