Don't be a drama llama.
As an architect I face this response from a lot of clients. My response is - if I offered to build your house to secure the design work, would you let me? It’s not my skill set, but I’ll give it a go. No?So why would you let the builder design your home? Is it not the tail wagging dog?

People don’t wanna spend money on good design. Why pay more when you can get more, worse, and for less!?
In this era of arrogance, everyone believes they have style, taste, and good design skills. As an Architect, they are wrong. So very wrong.
Happened in Norway. Crypto investment firm (or similar) built a hydro dam to mine btc. About 10/15% is used for that, rest goes to Norway.
Is that the current largest driver of green energy is crypto. If you can get free energy, then use that to get paid… you make more./
I believe the tech is so new, like the internet in the 90s, we don’t know how to use it fully yet. It just takes time. But, one positive/

The pictures aren’t the useful thing about NFT, it’s just a byproduct. The use case is, say an artist sells a painting, but then the dealer/
