I have experience to counter. While I don't dispute what you guys are saying, I did have a problem with my neck. It hurt all of the time, I had very limited range of motion, it felt like my head weighed hundreds of pounds, and had no expectations of it ever changing. It took a couple of sessions, but eventually my neck and pack gave up and let go, so to speak. My third session changed my life. Sitting in my car to leave, almost weeping...
