He was a deputy. He was added onto the force that was managed by an elected sheriff. Probably friends or friend of a friend is how he got the job. Very few stringent requirements to be a deputy to a sheriff. Most require a GED at least and a form of basic training (sheriff's academy), which is usually hosted or led by the sheriff department itself....

eBay is always against the sellers in every aspect. I lost product due to a flood, had to cancel sales and refund orders. eBay punished me by tanking my rating increasing seller fees, cutting advertising exposure, increasing my shipping fees too. They reasoned I could have notified them prior to refunding and cancelling orders. Like I'ma have 20+ outstanding orders, plus a flooded house and I'ma call eBay to request opening a case to view my issue, and give me a verdict... BS
