I can answer this! Framingham was incorporated in 1700. It's a town project, so I'm certain the historical society timed it for a celebration year. 2000 was too close, 2050 too far. Hence, 2025.
I think it was like pictures of multiracial friends and relationships, some stories, definitely public school art class stuff. Maybe taped audio? Kind of rings a bell. I can tell you this much - Framingham has become more diverse in its population, yet remains economically and racially segregated by geography. However, it's certain that attitudes have changed for the better since 1994. Framingham is better than your average American town, whatever that's worth.

Maybe they collected stuff for several years? I do remember making some kind of water colors in art class in middle school for a contest related to a time capsule. My friend's grandma's post death autopsy revealed she didn't have blood flow to 1/2 of her brain, probably all of her life. She lived a normal healthy life and died in her 90s.
It's not a terribly long stretch. The airport tunnels, which run parallel, are considerably longer. In any case, I've never noticed an issue with fumes lingering.

For the most part the tunnel is for passing through or going to a specific area. Local traffic is still above ground, you can see the streets in the pics. Traffic continues to suck.
