Side papillary carcinoma in lymphnodes. Long story short, ultrasound and blood tests showed the most aggressive one to be fine. If you have a family history find a dr who will listen and at least get an ultrasound and get it checked. Tsh levels don’t mean anything for a cancer diagnosis and you know your own body!
Honestly there wasn’t much of a lump even in neck. I was just super persistent. My TPO was extremely high but everything else within normal. When I put on 10lb quick I finally just threw a fit and they agreed to an ultrasound. The left side was a tirad 5 and they biopsies right away, but right showed fine. Had a total thyroidectomy and just received oath that both sides had invasive cancer eventhough right showed benign on ultrasound. The right is actually faliccular more invasive. Left -
I can’t stress this enough. I stayed thin even after an ovarian/rad hysterectomy in my 30s, but last 6 months put on 10lbs and nothing helped. Dr kept blaming hormones even being 10yrs in surgical meno and eating under 1000ca a day. Turns out although thyroid blood levels looked ok I had invasive thyroid cancer. Some times you have to press dr and make them run tests. Even when they look ok, make them run more until you get answers. Good luck!
I’m sorry I’m calling bs. I have responses from my CEO and board regularly on teams bc it’s the quickest way to solve issues and I work for a half billion dollar company. I work a high pace, busy as shit job..and that is the quickest most efficient way to problem solve without calling a massive meeting or flying to an actual board meeting. Ignoring it is missing a potential costly issue for no reason.
I actually thought she seemed really caring. She noticed the cat was confused and wanted to help. I’d probably do the same thing.

As a woman I kind of find it kind of insulting to be honest and kind or regressive. It will give employers an unspoken reason to hire men -

I think it’s important that things are fully transparent because their policy is similar to the majority of working people in this country.
To be fair, they get 3-4 weeks paid vacation. Any medical beyond 5 days is considered part time disability and would be paid and covered too
