I miss the Costco Polish Dogs w/ sauerkraut, onions, and brown mustard. Those gave me gas and heartburn. Ahh the good 'ol days.
Her co-worker would've wore a mask if they were at work. I told her that her exposure should have been minimal.

Scrap of leather is to protect the guard from the blade bunging it up. Find another scrap of leather to put in there and it'll be snug.

My big 110# GSD reacted the same w/ small dogs and puppies. He had no clue how to play with yippy little things. No fear, just no clue. :)
Everyone should have to work in food service to appreciate all the hard work when you eat out. I worked as a dishwasher High School.
