I mean, I spent years on 4chan, and most of that time was just being called slurs while I was introduced to great music, which was a fine trade. there are like 50 different boards on that site, and my experience is that there's a little something for everyone. which does mean stuff for absolute cretins, but they always seemed to be a small part of it and people would ream them out for being dipshits (and get reamed out in return with no moderation)
