With my ex and his mother I would sometimes get the same vibes as when you don't drink with someone. They'd look up from their phones at the cafe or whatever and ask nervously.... "you don't... uh... you don't look at your phone when you're with people?" Clearly I was making them nervous, like they thought they needed to entertain me or something. No worries, folks, I'm alright just being here.
yes, it's dish *soap*, laundry *detergent*, surface *cleaner*, hair *shampoo*, and body *wash*... for some reason. A truly arbitrary array of terms, feels like, at the end of the day.
there's a set of pictures of my parents that I love, before we were born. they were at the lake just out for a nice day and they were so close in size and weight at the time that each could easily put the other on their shoulders, so a friend took a photo of both carrying the other this way :]
They were called darts, paper darts, or paper gliders usually in English. Airplane is indeed a term coined in the 1900s specifically for powered flight and refers in a physics sense to how the vehicle travels (on a plane of air). Fun fact, in México the Spanish word for airplane is "avión" which comes from the noun "avis" (bird) so their etymology for powered flight is a bit different flavored conceptually.
Man, I think about that specific question often and I don't know why it gets me so good. I often think something like, "I probably don't know or remember the time(s) I was *actually* closest to dying and all the times I think I was close are just when I was distant enough from the threat to notice and respond."
yeah I come in two colors: white and red
Yeah also if the timestamps are accurate there was no more than a minute between "I'm pregnant..." and "I need a few days leave to discuss w/ boyfriend." It's not like she dropped a bombshell and then walked away from her phone. Sounds more like trust issues than anything if your marriage is falling apart in a minute.
As soon as my peers started talking about Musk I was excited to like him. Then I read about his plan for Mars... and the fantasy was instantly shattered.
Oh sorry, for some reason I thought you just asked for the model. Other details, hm, it was usually (but not always) reported after a power surge/interruption. But there's always a chance it happened in every case and user simply didn't notice. And it did not "work" for the newer series we purchased after them, though the symptom was also reported less often.
I truly haven't a clue. Which is why I invented a plausible-sounding "technical" reason so the users would cooperate. If I said, "I don't know why it works; it just does" they would either argue a lot more or lie to me.And if I didn't manage to convince the user to try another outlet we would be forced to mail the (not)bricked router back while overnighting a newly configured router to them from our NOC, which was both expensive and time consuming. So I did what I had to do lol
It was a long time ago now (about 15 years ago I think) but I'm nearly certain they were Cisco 805 series routers.
We had Cisco routers that would behave as bricked until plugged into a power outlet on a new circuit. But I would have to invent more "technical sounding" reasons for why we had to try a new outlet or else the end user would refuse to do it.
that LEG. he is ROCKING that dress.
okay? you hate the advancement of automation technology? not sure that helps anybody really
That's why I listen to songs in Spanish. WALL HAX.
I'm returning to Mexico! Someone I love lives there :]
I declared the intention to go to bed early at a reasonable hour and get good rest and I did! I made important progress on getting my passport renewed. I got to shower in my favorite shower ever.I like this post.
I have been learning Spanish for about a year in Mexico and I still can't believe how many English words are just the Spanish word with no vowels on the end. The grammar is where the hard work is for me.With his confident opening ("necesito a escuchame") I *did* think he was gonna know the word for "drive" though lol
lol as someone who has been drawing for 20+ years, responding to: "Blue can be a learned skill." YOU'D LIKE TO THINK THAT, WOULDN'T YOU?!
Honestly if I were choosing a profile photo for myself would probably go right. For myself personally I prefer looking edible without the icing.
Honestly down to discuss existentialism after work but sure we can talk about how wet it was outside I guess
very cool (no pun intended), beautiful work OP
How is this difficult at all? That's clearly a huge house. Just chill in different rooms if you really don't want to find an excuse to leave. So fuckin easy.
I always answer that I want to terraform planets and the asker gets annoyed like I'm being difficult. Sorry, maybe reword your question? Didn't mean to dream too hard. -_-
I understand many people literally *can't* in our culture, but even if one feels "well enough" to work they should stay home while contagious, or at least wear a mask. What might be an easy cold for one person could be a much bigger bear for whoever they spread it to once they leave their home.
The number of men I've dated who insisted on poly/open just to immediately hurt their own feelings is *too high*. For me, I'm done trying it with dudes. Find someone else to manufacture your own anger with; I'm happy with one partner.
For myself I have only seen it at "Japanese"/sushi restaurants, in both Mexico *and* America. I've never been to Japan though so I also have no idea its origin. Love it though.
Speaking as an artist who has participated in several of these kinds of classes, this really is preferable anyway imo. When drawing (not from life) artists tend to focus on representing nearly exclusively "hotties" all with extremely similar body types. The vast majority of instructional materials also focus on this quite narrow range of types. It is much more challenging and key for an artist's growth to practice a variety of body types, especially those with which they have less experience.
